Staff was friendly and very helpful.

A very pleasant stay; there is a pool and the location is near Tesla supercharger and stores, shops and restaurants. A complimentary breakfast is included (good). We stayed here on our way to TX for the eclipse, but it would be a good location to avoid the high prices of Palm Springs.

Overall 5/5 Internet 5/5 This is actually a tough one to review. I was there Thanksgiving night, so I was glad they were there. The motel is being renovated. My room was fine but not completely finished. Pros: The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was OK. The internet worked well. The room was spacious and had everything it was supposed to. Plenty of towels. The lobby was clean and attractive. Breakfast was OK. Parking was plentiful and location is good. Cons: It seemed pricy to me, even by California standards. The heat worked, I guess, but something about the system wasn't smooth; it seemed like it cut off too soon. Walls were thin. Other: the room seemed bare, although it had a dresser, flat surfaces, a good square table and two chairs. (The table was sturdy but ancient.) There was no art on the walls and the door still needed to be painted. Hot water was hot enough but not sizzling. The gym room had only three machines, and no treadmill. The parking lot pavement is fine but looks old. So, while the motel is fine, it's current presentation is less than ideal. Overall I recommend it.

We went to Coachella super last minute and were able to get the last room at this hotel. It was so close to the venue. We really liked the hotel. Our room was perfect and they even had a big open closet (perfect for all the outfits you bring for the festival). Our bed was super comfortable and we had no complaints. I even had the pool and jacuzzi all to myself on the last day of our stay. There's a lot of food options very close by. They offered free breakfast but we slept in so we weren't able to try it but the pictures from other reviews looked good. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

I rated this budget hotel as average because of the low $89 room rate. I would have rated it poor if the room rate was higher. You get what you pay for here. A small room with old furniture that is not particularly well cleaned. The bathroom was clean, but the floors were dirty. Walking in the room made white socks black with dirt. However, it was quiet even though the hotel was full. The included breakfast consisted of bad coffee, inedible eggs, and not much else. An inedible breakfast is now standard at budget hotels.

Location is perfect for sightseeing in the surrounding areas with easy access to I-10 hwy. Decent facility in fair price. Lots of parking, breakfast and pool/exercise room to relax and enjoy. Would not mind visiting again if in the neighborhood.

Obviously this hotel is next to the freeway so you are going to hear it ….day and night….all night. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t expect much since it’s a cheaper hotel next to a freeway. If you go with that expectation then it is fine. Pros - larger rooms with a well laid out bathroom that even had a makeup table, room included the usual mini fridge but also a microwave, friendly cleaning staff. Cons - endless freeway noise, room key disabled itself every single day, elevator was broken, pothole in the parking lot, weekday nights the parking lot was over full with many large construction trucks and men hanging out drinking (honestly they weren’t rowdy). It wasn’t horrible and it wasn’t good. It was adequate.

Stay here overnight on our way to a final destination. The property is in decline with not evidence of on going maintenance. The room is tired with holes where things used to be mounted. The front desk seems bothered by having guests show up. They could have said the only ice machine was in the main building and that the machine in my building was broken- after I found it. One elevator means long outdoor walks to the room. The hotel was full, however, and the parking is poorly laid out. At 9 Am there was NO HOT WATER.
