This was our 2nd time staying at Shadow Hills while we visited family for the holidays. Pros: Its a great park, very clean, easy to navigate and friendly employees. We had our propane tanks filled and brought back to us, garbage is picked up from your site, and the young lady at the front desk is always helpful. Cons: We stayed in space 13 and although it was a grass site, was mostly sand and ant hills, and we tracked the sand into the trailer. If we stay again, we’ll ask for a paved site. The cost per night is crazy expensive, but so are all the other RV parks in the area, unless you’re staying by the week or month. We paid $209 for 3 nights. There was a shower near site 13 last time we stayed and that has since been closed and locked. I had to walk across the park to take a shower which was somewhat inconvenient. That shower was not the cleanest and I made sure to wear my shower shoes!

The park was rundown and unkept. Our RV site was dirty, muddy and surrounded by ants. Inconsistent water pressure. Broken, rotted, dirty furniture on patio. Posted office hours were routinely not staffed. No park activities or gatherings were offered. Shadow Hills is not a Resort!

This could and has been a great resort. The location is good. The pictures that are on this site are very old and they need to try to get it back to how beautiful it has been. Most of the grass is now sand. I feel sorry for the ducks around the pond because there is no green grass around it. I feel like they are trying but haven’t got to where they need to be. I have always loved this place but I am disappointed.

Terrible is the park model TV and wifi.Been here six days and no help to fix problem. IN THE PARK MODEL AT a high cost WHAT NEXT EXCEPT GO HOME EARLY. Used to be the be a fantastic Rv park with customers service, The camp host was very good and was trying her best but no help on fixing the Wi-F- No wi-fi should be on limited hours as it is at Shadow Hills.

The place is a joke!! Staff is rude and lazy! There are plenty of other places to stay. Don't waste your time or money. It's dirty and over priced. We rented the facility and they kept the deposit. Place was filthy and full of trash and we got stuck having to clean before a party that we paid for. After we cleaned they still kept the deposit. Such a joke and unprofessional.

We stayed at Shadow Hills April 17, 2024, just for an overnighter. The late check-in was easy and efficient, our site was clean, level and well-maintained with a nice hedge between us and the neighbors. The pool, spa, duck pond, restrooms – everything was everything was nicely appointed and well maintained. Would definitely return if we are in the area ns would recommend to anyone!

We had 4 day stay at Shadow Hills RV Resort... can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying there. The office and cleaning staff were the best! The pool is heated and super clean. The kids loved the pond and ducks! Very clean Resort. We hope to return in the near future.

All the amenities you could hope for. Pool, hot tub, gas fire pits, great internet, nice landscaping. Most of the campers were attending BNP tennis paradise only ten minutes away. You will not regret staying here. Bring in your own ice if you are arriving after. Circle K nearby for anything you forgot.

Very nice and clean RV park. Directly off the interstate which is nice. A gas station is very close accepting RVs. The managers are friendly, checking is fast, and the spots are nice. I chose grass and that was cool. Beautiful mountains views.
