This was our first time here. Everything and everyone was lovely. It’s a beautiful property and lose to so many things in Indy.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is warm and inviting. The neighborhood is charming.
However, the breakfast, though beautifully staged, was no better than a continental breakfast at a budget hotel.

This is a beautiful old home that allows the visitor to take a step back into history. The staff works double-time to make sure you live your stay. They succeeded.

We were both so pleased with our stay. The people were very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved the history of the inn and just loved the blue room. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

Liked: Water/ice machine, entire butler's pantry. Staff was amazing and kind. House was rich with detail. Plenty of room for playing board games, or resting on the patio outside.
2 complaints: Please oil door hinges. The house makes enough noises as it is.
Also, the lack of homemade breakfast was disappointing since the property is billed as a "B&B". There was a "continental" breakfast with no protein...only carbs & sugar.

A great find for a couples weekend away. Within walking distance to Old National Centre where a lot of concerts are held. Friendly, inviting and efficient staff.

Cute place. Be aware the loft has a ladder access to a platform with a bed. Lacking safety rails - a little scary.

Beautiful rooms great area close to downtown Indy just a few min drive down the road to the Indy zoo . The staff is more than friendly and helpful great people all around
