Rooms are very nice , large spaces , sofa, small kitchen with dishwasher microwave and fridge! Bathroom very cool with large widored shower!breakfast is ok and far away from wow ! bad thing : we do not have hot water during the day in out first day ,Im very desapointed, We are here for couple of days so we will check if its happen again … close from high way and 25 min from downtown and fair room price..

I'll start with the good. Personally, I didn't sleep well, but I had to be up super early the next morning, so my brain wouldn't shut down. My mother, on the other hand, crawled in bed and was out like a light. This is remarkable because, like me, she rarely sleeps well. She's still talking about that mattress. She has a bad back, as do I, and neither one of us woke up with any sort of back pain. This is absolutely a huge accomplishment and worth raving about! My mom is now looking into purchasing the mattress from the Home2 site. I've seen many others say the same on forums, so I'm tossing in 2 more votes in favor of the mattresses. The room size was great. We had a double queen, and it was perfect. We didn't use the little kitchenette, since we were only there for one night, but it definitely had everything one could possibly need - plates, cups, I'm assuming silverware (I didn't look), an apartment sized fridge, even a dishwasher. It's a good setup for long term stays. The bathroom: This was a mixed bag. I liked that the sink area was separate from the toilet and shower. It allowed us to get ready at the same time without standing on top of each other. Also, the soap, lotion, body wash, etc smelled divine! I even took the time to look the products up because I might order some. The location was "great" and "okay" at the same time. It's located behind the Fashion Mall, which gave great access to local shopping, restaurants, and freeway access. It took some meandering around that area to find this hotel, but it turns out it was more in the back, more tucked away. It backs up to Keystone, which is a very busy road, but while I did hear traffic driving by, it wasn't an issue during the night. The staff we dealt with were friendly, and there's free wifi and parking. While I didn't travel with a pet, I appreciate the fact that this chain allows pets. I have an "emergency list" of hotel chains that I keep in case I ever need to stay at a hotel with pets. This is one of the ones on my list. I saw a little stand near the entrance that had bowls and treats available for dogs. I have cats, but I don't think I saw anything for cats. I could be wrong, though. I didn't inspect, and cats are particular creatures. They like what they like, so anything out of their norm might not fly. But yes - they welcome pets. In no way did our room look or smell like pets had stayed there. I'm not sure if they keep pet and non-pet rooms separate, but if not - I didn't notice anything unkempt. I also didn't hear any barking or anything that would keep me up at night. The "meh": I would put the breakfast in this category. There were plenty of options, so that was good. It was the typical fare seen in a hotel breakfast - waffles, oatmeal (with lots of topping choices,) biscuits/gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, fresh fruits, various juice and milk options, etc. Lots to choose from. Nice hotel, great staff, clean, modern and centrally located to many attractions. Mall is within walking distance. Food very close. Fitness center is adequate and clean. Breakfast buffet is average with a lot of options. Parking is free.

I have never felt been so embarrassed or mistreated by a Hilton employee, and I spend about 100 nights with Hilton per year. Some confusion surrounding a reservation I had to book with a 3rd party site. I had a confirmation and bank transaction to show proof of reservation, but it was not on file im the hotels software. No big deal there, that’s understandable, stuff like that happens sometimes. However, what followed was shocking. The front desk clerk was stressed and annoyed when i requested the same number of sleeping arrangements for my family, preferably at the same cost. She told me she didn’t like that I was being demanding with her, which I wasn’t at all. Her partner began to apologize for her from the the computer on the other-side of the desk, saying she was under a lot of stress. I immediately and intentionally remained silent, literally concerned this lady was about to make a big scene in a packed lobby, and pleaded for help getting a room for the night where my kids could sleep. The lady at the desk then refused to serve me and walked off, and her apologetic partner tried to help rectify the situations It was so strange!

Had a great stay. Hotel is super clean, breakfast was outstanding, and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. We had two suites for our family. They made sure we were right next to each other. The pool was great and they provided towels in the pool area. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

What ever you do "Do not I repeat do not stay at this shady sheisty hotel" my first time booking at the Hilton because a family memember of ours offered to let us use her friends and family discount I usually stay at the comfort inn where I've never ran and to any issues like I have for my recent stay!!! My famil and I booked a trip to Indianapolis to visit the zoo there was six of us a 9 months, 17, 31, 40, 62, and 70 year old all stayed in a room together so on Friday June 23rd we check out room was normal nothing out of place or damage on our way home I get a message saying I was being charged a $250 damage fee so I'm looking confused and so is my family because we're trying to figure out how when nothing was damaged I called they stated the manager would be in on Saturday I called and spoke with the manager Mason Barnett "why did I do that?" so I ask Mr. Mason why was I being charged a $250.00 damage fee he proceeds to say you guys ripped the curtain out of the ceiling now something like that would have been very noticeable amongst all of us and one of us would have said something or asked about it so I tell Mr. Mason well we only open the curtains once when we first got there and never touched the window seal again after that not even when we left we open the blinds and that's it he continues to say well I'm we ran an audit no one else went in after u and it was broken so I stated did u guys think to check with your house keepers and see if they broke it he no they didn't we have pictures I say well can u send the pictures to me he say no I asked for his name originally he didn't want to give it to me I then asked to speak to the gm he stated she not here I asked her name once again he didn't want to give it to me finally gave it to me but didn't wanna give me her last name I also asked to be transferred to her phone he didn't wanna do it I even asked for an email stated he couldn't do that either then when I proceeded to tell him that I'll be calling corporate on me with a sassy tone he pretty much told me he didn't care and also hung up on me I called back he still talking sassy on the phone so I call corporate get a case going then I called back Monday morning to speak with Ms. Allison Black I explain the same thing and ask why I'm being charged oh she says u guys ripped the curtain down and I stated again we never touched the window but one time and nothing was broking she proceeds to say oh it wasn't the window it was the room divider curtain and I'm like huh there def wasn't anything wrong with that either she well our chief housekeeper went in and took pictures and sent it to me again just because they take a picture and send it to u does not mean we did it your house keeper could have done it and pulled on it or anything wrong and pulled it out of place because there was absolutely nothing hanging or broken when we left out so her tones changes and seems to try and make me out as a liar and telling me if I have an issue then I can ca

Hotel is nice. Elevator was working, and the dryer wasn’t working. The price for the room was around $230 a night! I can stay in the Westin for the price of this hotel and it’s basic amenities! Make sure the rate is manageable for the marginal amenities!

To start, I hardly ever write reviews. I stayed at this property for 4 nights as I came into town for a family emergency. I was only at the hotel during the overnights as I was tending to family members during the day. My stay didn’t start the best. I only had lukewarm water in my room, and had to be moved two times due to issues. I stay with Hilton a lot and this is not what I expected. I was later informed that this property recently reopened after a large renovation and while that isn’t an excuse, it does help me understand some of the issues that they were dealing with. This hotel has impeccable staff and was extremely clean. Melvina and Nola were a great help over the weekend at the front desk, and Mason the Operations manager was truly a gem. Not only did he make sure that I was taken care of regarding the issues I experienced, but even asked about my family situation the next time I passed through the lobby. These staff members helped make my stay 100% better in no time, and truly exemplified the true meaning Hilton hospitality! My father did pass away during my visit, but the brightness I experienced during my stay here made things just a little more manageable. Staff members and experiences like this are the reason I continue to stay with Hilton versus competitors. To the general manager of this hotel - I can tell you have created a great culture and you have some amazing people on your team. I have worked in hotels and know what you deal with. The fact that these staff members showed a genuine concern for my comfort and wellbeing made the difference, and I will certainly be returning to this property upon my next visit to the Carmel area to visit family.

Pros: Professional and attentive staff. Clean, comfortable bed & pillows. Newly renovated into Home2Suites (see cons). Plentiful self parking. Neutral: Hotel is located behind an upscale shopping mall. Cons: The elevator was too shaky & noisy for my liking. I wouldn’t have known the hotel was totally renovated had it not been for the rickety elevator. Would I stay here again. Yes.
