Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

Very satisfied, five-star praise. But the check-in time requirement is not humane, it must be in the afternoon. If you arrive early, there is no arrangement, you can only sit on the sofa and watch TV. Fortunately, there is free Starbucks coffee, cakes and cookies. I am in a good mood. It is a pleasant stay.
