after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

Great place to stay if you are going to an event downtown. Very easy to walk to restaurants and they even have a Mall next door if you want to go shopping. The staff is very helpful and do all they can to ensure you have the best stay. They make helpful recommendations in the area.

The housekeeping staff was great and the room was very clean and I appreciate the attention to detail!

Overall good, but a few issues on this trip Had called a day prior to confirm and request specific room and feather free. When trying to check-in at 3pm, was told that specific room was not assigned to us and we had to wait for it to be de-feathered. Was given a credit, but it was confusing because the amount was the same as the incidentals amount and I didn't use them. Was told the credit would be added to my Hilton Rewards account and waiting for that to post. There was a damp spot on the carpet that might have been condensation as it was right under the air grate. Other than that, overall good stay.

Everything was beautiful, especially the bathroom! I adore the shower doors & no shower curtain!!! The service was excellent & the food was amazing!
