Staff was so nice. Cant wxpress that enough. Rooms were very clean other than the room phone which was sticky, which isnt a huge deal. great stay.

Bed had blood stains on the comforter and sheet. I let the front desk know and they immediately sent staff to take cake of it. Overall my stay was comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. That was very good.
But- I’m not a world traveler, but I stayed in many hotels and this one didn’t even offer a continental breakfast you had to buy breakfast there I thought that was wrong

Service was very friendly and helpful. Rooms out of date, showers had stains and our room had ants. They do have a nice bar area, but no free breakfast.

Very nice hotel with easy walking to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. Facility well kept and clean.

I liked Devin at the front desk, he was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and a great asset to the hotel. My only complaint was we were to have a king size bed and I believe it was a queen. Smaller than my king size at home.

The staff were cheerful and helpful.
The plumbing had issues = the toilet was slow to flush and the shower was slow to drain, plus there was a lot of unwanted hair in the shower.

Here is what I did not like, $30 a day parking. I was not informed of this when I booked the room. I will never stay there again. I also will call and find out if I have to pay to park in the future. . How did they think I was going to get there fly in.

very nice hotel, location was the center of everything the gondola ride around the city was right by the hotel. The only negative was they charged $30 to park on the grounds even If you stay. Not sure buy I think most of the hotels to the same in the downtown area.
