I needed a place for a night on a long drive and gave the Comfort Inn a shot. It wasn't bad. I'll start with the pluses. There were many good places to eat nearby. The room was huge! I liked having the extra space and table. The bed was comfortable and TV channel choices were solid. The breakfast was decent. The staff was also nice. Now for the negatives. The property is a little worn and could use a makeover. Getting in and out is a bit of a pain being on a busy road. Also, and I know there was only so much the staff can do, another guest decided to park a truck and trailer right up front taking out six spaces right up front. That person should have been told to move and park in the back of the lot. I may or may not have left a note under the wiper blade ”questioning his decision making” and we'll leave it at that. End of the day, I could have done a lot worse. I would give it another shot.

The location of this hotel is very close to the airport, but after the new building is built, it takes a large circle to reach the airport, which takes more than 15 minutes. So catch the plane to remember.

I rec'd exactly what I requested : 2nd floor quiet room. Teresa the manager was most excellent in looking after my requests and very hospitable There was a slight hiccup with slightly loud TV next door - Bill & Edward moved me with no hesitation whatsoever. I still can not believe how quick and easy it was to get downtown from the hotel :) Breakfast was excellent : Edward had everything ready well before 6 am - very nice !
