After a few hiccups that the hotel sorted very well, we enjoyed our stay here My one problem was that it was very cold, and for reasons unknown, the staff did not light the fires in the dining room at night I think the hotel looks better in the photos than in real life. As others have said the rooms are dated. But the exterior is very scenic

The hotel is rustic great. Super service, super beds and cozy rooms, location wonderful from hectic Huaraz however close enough for a short travel time. People very helpful in all aspects. Nice food.

The hotel is a really nice and cousy place to stay out of the hectic of Huaraz. The hotel is located on the outskirts from Huaraz. The hotel has nice and comfortable rooms and nice share spaces. The beds are really good. Personalized and professional service. Children Friendly. If you are visiting Huaraz great place to stay.

Nos encanto éste hotel y está a poca distancia del aeropuerto y a mitad de camino de Huaraz. El ambiente tranquilo lleno de vegetación y tranquilidad lo hacen perfecto como centro de operaciones para cualquier actividad en el área. Las habitaciones son cómodas con todo lo necesario y un lindo balcon con mecedoras rodeado de flores y árboles. Rico desayuno y también comimos deliciosos platos de la carta además la atención fue muy cordial. Definitivamente vamos a volver.

Un espacio agradable si se viene con niños, a ellos les encanta estar al aire libre, para eso cuentan con lindos jardines con flora endémica. A mis dos Wawas les encantó. El servicio es 10 de 10. La atención es personalizada y amable. Muchas gracias!

La habitación cómoda y limpia, El patio muy agradable para gozar del buen sol del valle del rio Santa, las aguas termales vecinas son conocidas, el asesoramiento y las informaciones sobre los atractivos de la cordillera y los lagos y valles fueron siempre atinadas.

Buena opción precio / calidad del hotel. Personal muy amable y atento a las necesidades del huésped. Habitaciones algo antiguas en implementación, pero de buen tamaño, y ubicadas en un ambiente similar a un pueblo. Desayuno promedio, con jugos naturales, pan serrano y huevos. Sugerencias a mejorar, la calidad del wifi, es muy inestable (lo cual es importante considerando que la señal de telefonía móvil en la zona no es muy buena).
