We booked king size bed with one sofa bed room but were assigned wrong rooms twice.( at the beginning,we were assigned to 2nd floor, we found that the room didn’t have a sofa bed, then we told the front desk, but she didn’t believe. We had to take a picture to show her. Then we were assigned to a room at 1st floor. We had to move luggage and our son from 2nd floor to 1st floor. Unfortunately the room at 1st floor didn’t have a sofa bed either. We had to take picture again to show her. Finally we were assigned to 2nd floor again and the room was just next to the 1st room we were assigned. It seems this hotel does not care about the customers.)Front desk service was not professional.
