The place was relaxing and surrounded by nature, which we appreciated. It’s pet-friendly too, which was a huge plus for us! Just a heads-up — bring mosquito repellent since the area has a lot of trees. A mosquito killer lamp might also help, especially on the terrace. We loved the free amenities like billiards, pool table, ziplining, and the bridge obstacle course! It would be great to have more staff and additional gear available for ziplining and obstacle activities to avoid long wait times. The Tramvia was a thoughtful addition — perfect for PWDs, seniors, or even carrying heavy items up and down the stairs. We also appreciated the "Daily Bread" book left in the cabin — such a nice touch! When we visited, the monkeys and snakes weren’t available, and there were only a few birds for feeding. The river also wasn’t in the best condition, but we’re hoping it will be cleaner and clearer on our next visit. We also loved the 50% off promo — such a great deal! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back. The staff were helpful and accommodating. I’d give it 4 stars!
