It's very clean. A serviced apartment on the 34th floor of a high-rise building. Enter the PIN code when entering the first floor entrance and the room (sent to you by email before check-in). Fully equipped with washer/dryer, large refrigerator, microwave, bot, kitchen, and hair dryer. If you would like your sheets or towels changed, reply to the email sent to you every day (around 10am). On the first floor, there is a 24-hour convenience store, cafe, and large laundry, and there are also bars and izakayas that are open until around midnight, so it's convenient. There is an outdoor festival ground and baseball field nearby. Central Park is about 1.5 km away. You can also walk there. A taxi from the airport costs 35,000 won (about 3,600 yen). (About 30 minutes) There were no amenities. The towels were white, but they were blackened, which was disappointing. If it weren't for this, I would have given it a good value for money and given it 5 points. (Next time, bring your own towels?) Regarding the dryer. I turned it off when it wasn't finished. The lock was stuck and the lid wouldn't open. I tried various things for about 10 minutes. I didn't have much time, so I returned home with my jeans, T-shirt, socks, and pants still in the bag. Unlike a hotel, there is no phone to call the front desk, so it's a good idea to find out in advance what to do if you have a problem.

📍Location: A big advantage was that it was located right in front of Songdo Central Park and was connected to Lotte Mart. The weather was warmer than expected, so it was nice to take a walk in Senpak. 📍Facilities: It was generally clean, and since it was a hotel targeting long-term stays, it was well equipped with tableware, kitchen facilities, washing machines, etc., making it suitable for a family trip. The room itself was large and well separated, so even families could have fun. We were a family of 4, so we requested a room with a table for 6, and the table was very large, so we were able to bring our dinner and use it :) From the masking room, you could see Central Park straight ahead, and the night view was also nice. However, I thought it would be better if I came on a day without fine dust.

The room on the highest floor had a great view! You can also see the sunrise in Incheon the next morning🌅 We arrived early on the first day, but we contacted the hotel and let us check into the cleaned room in advance. The staff all said that there was no barrier to communication in Chinese. If you have any questions, you can contact the hotel staff on Ctrip and they can get it quickly. reply As for the location, because I came to watch a concert, the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from Unseo Subway Station. It is very convenient to go to the airport and the city by subway. I will consider choosing this hotel next time I come to Incheon to watch a concert. , great value for money

I had a 16 hour layover so I decided to stay the night here. Very clean hotel and as a foreigner it was easy to get to, lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. It was easy to find taxis as it’s very close to the airport, but there was no concierge at the front desk, which they do earn you about. When I called to ask a question, they did not speak English. The room itself was perfect for a solo traveler though, very clean with all needed amenities.

Great experience in the presidential residence suite. My kids had a good night’s rest in preparation for our 13 hour flight. The only thing that we found negatively was there was an old slice of pizza left in the microwave. Other than that, we will definitely consider staying here again.

Location from the city might be a bit off but very close from ICN airport. Also good for family stay with indoor swimming facilities and etc.

This is quite an underrated hotel, given the excellent service provision throughout my stay. It is located within walking distance from Bupyeong Station. The front desk staff were very courteous and could communicate effectively in English Language. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathroom came with a bathtub inside - rewarded myself with a little bath with a bath bomb on my last night! The breakfast was decent but delicious enough, consisting of a simple buffet spread with typical Korean dishes together with a choice of fruits, tea, coffee and milk. The kitchen staff will bow and express their appreciation to guests after each breakfast service - a little greeting which heartened my morning. There are also conference and meeting rooms available for rent (for B2B guests, each sold separately). Each room is equipped with a television and wi-fi connectivity, although the internet speed and bandwidth can vary despite the 5G wi-fi network. The room was also spacious enough for 1 to 2 occupants, with a view of the subway. Rest assured that the windows are soundproof, so ongoing overnight maintenance works on the tracks would not disrupt your slumber. Love the comfortable pyjamas that guests can self-collect at the Storey 1 lobby (if necessary), together with the in-room slippers. Amenities (e.g. shampoo, hair conditioner and bath foam etc.) are also provided. Not only will I strongly recommend this hotel to you, but I would also wish to have the opportunity to rent their properties again during my next trip to Korea or Japan. It was clean, friendly, and the location was good. I made a reservation again on the 15th and am looking forward to it. I'm comfortable in English because it's an English-speaking country. My girlfriend only speaks English.
