This hotel have washing machine in the room so i like that and you can go airport by metro within 30 min You can find many restaurants and Starbucks nearby this hotel But you should buy amenity so i recommend you will prepare your amenity yourself

Golden Tulip Incheon Airport Hotel was a really pleasant stay. Right when you check in, they provide you with a voucher for a free coffee which was nice. The hotel is only steps away from Lotte Mart, a gigantic supermarket with produce and supplies. It is also steps away from a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes so you can easily walk to them. There are multiple entrances of the hotel so you can choose what entrance to enter from. The room is equipped with everything you need- cups, a kettle, fridge, bathrobes, and slippers. I would definitely stay here again!

Good hotel that is let down by some staff attitudes .First room had a step between bedroom and bathroom had to change rooms from 8th to 3rd floor .No other guests arriving staff not busy but a limited assistance with luggage cart to first room but zilch with move to second room. Well positioned and shuttle bus to Terminal 1 only surprised that not to Terminal 2. Advised taxi fare to Terminal 2 was maximum of 17,000won but taxi insisted on 20,000 Great CU convenience store in foyer open 24 hours good value and pleasant staff..

We had an 18 hour layover between connecting flights and this hotel provided and excellent place to relax and sleep in the ultra modern and clean rooms and reception areas. It took 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. We too the free shuttle bus from T1 to T2 and then from T2 the bus to long stay parking and got off at parking area C. The hotel cannot be missed and is just a 2 minute walk from there. Very straightforward and free! Check in was quick and easy and complimentary welcome drinks provided in line with my Accor membership. Jack and Richard were very helpful and polite. Our room was for 3 adults and was very spacious with amenities provided for 3 including bath robes, bottled water, slippers, etc. Lots of storage space and seating area too. Lovely twin-basin shower room and good toiletries provided. TV, tea/coffee, fridge, safe, zoned lighting and climate control all provided. Very comfortable beds and we had a good sleep. We didn’t eat at the hotel but did use the bar for drinks, which was a nice area to relax. The shop is useful and well stocked for essentials. Timetable for shuttle busses provided by the hotel is displayed at reception for returning to T1 or T2. Driver comes in to reception and asks which terminal you need and directs you to correct bus waiting outside reception. At 0900 we were the only ones going to T1 so had the bus to ourselves. A perfect hotel and experience for a one-night stay and we would certainly use again.

I absolutely loved how convenient the location was and how clean the room is. There are restaurants and a 7-11 once you exit the hotel. Less than 5 minutes away is the Bupyeong Shopping Mall which leads to the huge underground shopping mall. The Bupyeong train station is also there. The location is also very safe since the hotel is next to a police station. At night, you just need to walk 5 mins across the road to access many 24-hour Korean eateries. The room itself was fantastic for its price point. The bathtub was clean and the bathroom free of mold. Hot water flow was consistent and the water pressure was great. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV works well (both visuals and sound are crystal clear) and you have access to both Korean and Japanese channels. The mattress was also firm and I had a decent night's sleep. The staff is proficient in English, and while I wasn't allowed to check-in early, they let me leave my luggage there while I roam around. My only gripes was the canteen-style meals provided. While the food was decent, everyone had to queue up, take a tray and scoop their food from the buffet line, much like an American high school setting. However, due to the way it's structured, getting more food means rejoining the long queue which could take about 15 mins or more. Even though Toyoko Inn is considered a 2-star hotel here, I thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and my experience here better than most 4-star hotels.

Amenities looked really promising, but were shutdown due to Covid. Disappointing that they don’t include shampoo/conditioner or anything..just a small bar of soap 🥲. Otherwise comfortable bed and solid location

Excellent service from the hotel. We were upgraded to a larger room, and the check in process was really fast & smooth. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport! Overall, a recommended stay for those who is coming or going to the airport ☺️

Last night upon check-in, I found a short, curly hair in the electric kettle! When checking out, I forgot to take a down jacket. I returned to check 20 minutes later, only to discover it mysteriously disappeared, and the hotel claimed they couldn't find it. Such a disappointing experience for my first hotel stay in Korea. （昨晚入住时候，发现烧水壶里居然有一根毛，又短又弯的！退房的时候忘记拿一件羽绒外套，二十分钟回去查看，居然无故消失，酒店说查不到！ 第一次到韩国住酒店就如此差的体验）

Nervously grabbed a room for 12 hours. I had no experience in staying at the airport. I was worried that the hotel was old. It turned out that it was surprisingly good. The room was not too small, very clean and new. It seemed that it had just been renovated and put into use. There was no need to prepare a plug conversion, and the bathroom was too There is plenty of water, there is Netflix to watch, and there is even a small gym. Unfortunately, I didn’t bring clothes. It’s great.

It was very close to Incheon International Airport and it was convenient to use a taxi. The linear motor car was suspended due to the influence of Corona. It was difficult to turn on the electricity in the bathroom. The bath was spacious and I was able to relax, but it is slippery. The front desk was also kind and could be used without problems using a translator. The convenience store was right in front of me, which was great.
