The location near the subway is quite good, though it's a bit far from central Seoul, with travel time starting at 40 minutes. For a solo guest, the room size was perfectly sufficient, even if I couldn't fully open my suitcase. The first floor offers convenient amenities like a laundry room, computers, a printer, and an ice machine. My only minor complaints were being assigned a room at the very end of the hallway and the front desk staff seemed a little impatient when I asked for help with the printer, though their attitude was generally good otherwise. I would definitely consider staying here again if needed.

The room was dirty but they quickly changed it for me. Nobody helped me with my luggage when I arrived and left. There is convenience store in the lobby which is helpful. Harbor view room has a good view. Location very far from Seoul but close to shops, restaurants and China Town. Overall average

A great hotel with well-equipped rooms, convenient transportation, and excellent value for money. The room was very clean and tidy. Xiao Xing provided wonderful and enthusiastic service. The room facilities were comprehensive and complete, and the hot water came out quickly, making it very comfortable and satisfying. A really good and satisfying hotel with a great environment, haha, absolutely fantastic! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

The location is quite close to the Incheon venue, about 8km and a 20-minute taxi ride away. Downstairs, there are many food options, with several places open until around 2 AM. They're all local spots, and you usually have to wait for a table. After the concert, we even had to queue up to eat. It's not particularly close to the subway station; without luggage, it's about a 15-minute walk, but thankfully, taxis are easy to find. The overall cleanliness of the room wasn't great; it was quite dusty, and the sink drain was clogged. When I cleared it, I pulled out some plastic pieces. There were quite a few foreign-looking staff members, and one Korean staff member could speak a bit of Chinese. I noticed there were many Chinese guests at the hotel, so communication wasn't an issue. They have self-service laundry, and the dryer sheets smelled amazing! It's a shame I didn't take a picture. I wonder what scent it was. If anyone goes there, could you snap a pic for me?

The location is good and I plan to visit often in the future. The surrounding facilities are also good. The room is clean. I was satisfied because there was no cigarette smell. Thank you.

The room was spacious and quiet. When I checked in and put on the disposable sheets, I found a lighter with Korean characters under the mattress. 😱... There was also an open package of unidentified food behind the curtain. 😓 The front desk service was excellent. 🥰 Downstairs is the shopping street. The airport pickup was impeccable. 👍👍👍 The drop-off service was late, and I almost missed it. ✈️ It was a close call, but it was fine. 👌🏻 Overall, it was a good stay!

The hotel was very clean, has a pool and a cafe ☕️ inside. There’s also a restaurant so you don’t have to worry about. I was not happy with the room , it had two beds but I was traveling alone and but I guess maybe it was the only room left.

The boss is super nice. He came to pick us up even when we couldn't find the subway exit at night. He speaks very good Chinese! Basically barrier-free communication. The hotel is also very clean. It is much larger than the hotels in Seoul. It is very convenient to have a cu at the door! 대단히 감사합니다!

I had a concert at Munhak Stadium and couldn't get a room at Toyoko Inn in Bupyeong, so I chose this one. ■Room It was clean. If you leave the lights on, they clean the room every day, which was nice. ■Location It takes 20 minutes even at a brisk walk from Imhak Station. It's pretty tough if you're dragging a suitcase. The area around the hotel is quite lively with restaurants, but late at night it's quite dark between the station and the hotel, and there are no people around, so I don't recommend walking alone. However, I think it's probably because of the location that it's so cheap. ■Service Some of the reception staff spoke Japanese, which was nice. ■Facilities and amenities The ondol (heating) didn't work at all, so it was really cold and uncomfortable. (Maybe the room was broken) There is shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom. If you get the shower at the wrong angle, water will leak under the door and the floor will get soaked, so you have to be careful. The bathtub was large and comfortable. The toilet is also clean. There was also plenty of space to put your suitcase, which was nice. There was also a really nice brush amenity. The rest was just normal. For some reason, condoms were included, which made me wonder if this was a business hotel. I was grateful that bottled water was replenished every day.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and handled my room requests very carefully. The hotel was very clean, and the room amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the bathrobes and complimentary drinks. The room was quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. It's also very close to the station, and the stay, including the meals, was exceptionally comfortable.
