"This hotel is ideal for two types of people: those attending a concert, and those looking to experience its facilities (though one night would likely suffice for the latter). I stayed here for a concert this time, and my overall experience was very positive, mainly due to its excellent location – it's just a 10-minute walk to the venue. Its proximity truly shines when you're queuing early in the morning for concert merchandise. For any dedicated fan, if you have the opportunity, you should definitely give it a try. Otherwise, there isn't much compelling reason to stay here. While it's a relatively new hotel, some rooms already show signs of wear and tear. Dining options nearby are limited; you either head to the CU convenience store or the restaurant downstairs. In the end, I opted for room service. It was a bit pricey, but the taste was acceptable. The convenience of having it delivered right to my room without having to go out was a definite plus. In summary, if you're attending a concert, it's worth trying for a night, and you probably won't be disappointed."

"The hotel is right next to the Unseo Station and has free shuttle to and from the airport. Great perk. We booked a studio and it was great. It gave us a welcome drinks which was about 2000 W. However, if you want to have leave your luggages behind, you dropped it in a big room with CCTV. No one gives you a receipt or anything. When you ask the staff, they were nasty to tell you it got CCTV. I dropped off my luggages to travel the next destination but decided go back to the hotel and take them with us. I think someone can just walk in and pick it up. I don’t feel safe leaving my luggages in free to go room. So if you are thinking of leaving luggage behind, please consider this before you book."

"This hotel is amazing – there's so much to do, you could easily spend a long time here! The service is absolutely superb, and I highly recommend it. They have numerous swimming pools and lots of other recreational facilities. The food selection is also incredibly diverse. A truly excellent hotel!"

Despite the limited space, the interior is nicely decorated across two levels—one for living and a semi-loft for sleeping, featuring a double tatami bed. However, the ceiling in the sleeping area is quite low, so it’s easy to bump your head! 😂 The room has underfloor heating that can be controlled independently, which is a plus, but there’s no heater in the bathroom—a downside during cold weather."

"The location near the subway is quite good, though it's a bit far from central Seoul, with travel time starting at 40 minutes. For a solo guest, the room size was perfectly sufficient, even if I couldn't fully open my suitcase. The first floor offers convenient amenities like a laundry room, computers, a printer, and an ice machine. My only minor complaints were being assigned a room at the very end of the hallway and the front desk staff seemed a little impatient when I asked for help with the printer, though their attitude was generally good otherwise. I would definitely consider staying here again if needed."

The location is an absolute plus. It's just a 2-minute walk from Exit 4 of Incheon National University Station on Subway Line 1, and only two subway stops from Lotte Outlets, making daily travel convenient and efficient. Even better, the airport limousine bus drops you off nearby, so even with luggage straight from the plane, checking in is a breeze, which is especially friendly for tourists. Right across from the hotel is Lotte Mart, and there's a convenience store on the first floor, so you don't need to go far for late-night snacks or daily necessities. The surrounding commercial center also boasts numerous restaurants, so dining and shopping are right at your doorstep. The room's comfort and practicality far exceeded expectations. The space is bright and spacious, with rooms starting from 320 square feet, complemented by excellent soundproofing that completely blocks out external noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a separate wet and dry area and a full set of toiletries, making for a very comfortable stay. The floor-to-ceiling windows in some rooms are a highlight, offering stunning views of Central Park and Songdo's beautiful scenery – lush green during the day and sparkling with lights at night, a truly spectacular visual experience. The free Wi-Fi signal is stable, perfect for both work and sharing travel experiences. The service and amenities are also truly impressive. The 24-hour front desk staff are friendly and professional, quickly responding to requests like luggage storage or route inquiries, ensuring smooth communication throughout. The self-service breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing Korean and Western options to suit different dietary preferences, helping you start your day energized. The hotel's indoor and outdoor pools are a distinctive feature, allowing you to relax with a swim anytime during your trip. Other facilities like the gym, sauna, and free parking are also comprehensive, catering to both business travelers and family vacations. The minor drawbacks are that the hotel doesn't provide free drinking water, and toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be purchased separately. Some guests also mentioned that the breakfast options remained the same for several consecutive days. However, these small imperfections are overshadowed by the hotel's convenient location, comfortable environment, and thoughtful service. I will definitely prioritize staying here on my next visit to Incheon!"

"This is a compact room located within a mixed-use commercial and residential building. The entire building felt very clean. An Uber ride to the airport was around $35 USD, and the location is extremely convenient with plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. The room itself is quite small, approximately 18-20 square meters, and is simply furnished. Amenities in the bathroom were sparse, with only one trash can and a single roll of toilet paper provided. It is pet-friendly, as a dog bed was included. The option to do laundry and cook offers great flexibility, but be aware that the washing machine is incredibly slow, taking over five hours to complete a full wash and dry cycle."
