The November Stay In Landmark

The view from the window was absolutely stunning. made every morning feel special. In the evenings, it was so cozy to sit on the balcony and enjoy the city atmosphere. The metro st. is just a short walk away, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful

Everything was fantastic except that the room was not as clean as we were expecting.  There were hairs on the beds and surfaces were quite dusty.  Check-in and check-out was super easy with the self-serve kiosks and having free underground parking was convenient!

This place provided a comfortable and convenient stay for my business trip. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were polite and efficient. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, including a work desk and reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to handle work tasks. Overall, a pleasant and productive stay suitable for business travel.

The family studio was super small with very little room to walk past the beds. We ended up storing our bags in the patio area and closet since space was already super limited. However, the check in process (kiosk) was the easiest I've ever experienced. You can even add your license plate for parking while checking in. I did interact with a front desk rep once and she was kind/helpful. Though we could have used more towels and weren't sure how to request them without front desk staff. The room was super clean and the entire property is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and shops. Getting into Seoul was a bit challenging and took about 2 hours using public transportation so keep this in mind. However, if you plan to stay in the Incheon area, it's a nice spot. I wish we had a higher floor but otherwise it was a good stay.

Nice Hotel with underground parking spaces, lots of restaurants around and shopping. Shower, double bed with a nice view from the room, sofa, TV, kitchen with a few items to cook, huge fridge freezer and a washing machine/dryer really handy. Came a 2nd time as needed to wash clothes, arrival and departure from Seoul and it's only 30 minutes by car from Incheon International Airport.

Clean 5, Location 5, Amenities 5. But Service 4. My family needed extra blanket, but the reception didn't
