We had a memorable stay at Paradise City. The hotel is superb. glad that we are staying at Paradise City during the heavy snowfall as they have everything from food to entertainment all under one roof. My kids love the swimming pool very much. The free shuttle to airport is a plus point too :)

I made a reservation and paid before going on the trip. When I arrived at the hotel that day, they told me that I didn't have a reservation. I was very angry.

Like this beautiful hotel and the environment. Away from the city, very close to Incheon airport can travel by hotel's free shuttle bus to the airport. The room is spacious, like the mini bar which provides a variety of beverages. We will come back for Cimer which is very relaxing to spend our time there. Will definitely come back again.

Everything good, but a bit noisy.
Baby cot bed not very clean.
Is a best choice for those want transit or early flight.
Kids zone very clean, my kids love it.

Room is spacious and comfy. There are restaurants around and different amenities to spend the whole day at Paradise City. Recommend to go to Cimer for a relaxing day before or after flying.

We were very happy with our stay. The swimming pool is stunning. Room was big enough and the staff are super friendly.
You must check out their swimming pool!
The only downside is that it’s hard to find the location of the shuttle bus stop and they located far away from Seoul central - basically you need around 1-1.5 hours to go to Seoul central.

Good place to relax and very near Incheon airport with free shuttle bus every half an hour intervals. Self contain hotel with ******, theme park, shops and restaurants. Food court serves delicious food. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Staff was attentive. Room was very clean to every detail. Had a very good rest especially after a red eye flight. Enjoyed my stay very much.

We enjoyed our state very much, the transfer from the airport and back was very smooth and punctual, very special room, comfortable bed, very silent and good isolated rooms. We will be happy to be back.

The hotel and facilities are fantastic. The food court has a lot of options but the restaurants at the hotel are quite pricey.
