The owner of the hotel has very warm heart and he's very careful person. Though I caused reservation troubles he supported us very kindly ant it was so supportive for us.
He speaks fluent Japanese and English. Room was spacious and surrounded by several famous restaurant around there. Highly recommended.

The room was basically fine except that it was a little small. We stayed here to see EXO's anniversary. The two uncles at the front desk were very nice and helped us get a taxi. If we couldn't get one, we would go directly to the airport. They also provided free shuttle service to the venue. They also boiled water for us, cooked instant noodles and gave us kimchi when we finished late at night. They really kept the two uncles busy hahahahaha
