What an amazing place! Beautiful grounds and stunning views. Room and bathroom were huge and done in fresh period pieces. Super service from Claudia and Sabine. Delicious breakfast and Italian coffee every morning. Just 20 minutes outside downtown Firenze. The best of both worlds!

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The location is perfect as a gateway to the Chianti Classico, to Florence (possible by public transport) and on a hill with a view of the typical Toscana valley (olive groves, etc.). The hotel has the typical Tuscan style and is surrounded by a wonderful garden. The pool is a dream (especially in the morning when you swim with the rising sun). There are only deductions due to the soundproofness of the rooms - otherwise perfect and we will be happy to come back if it is on one of our next tour-routes. p.s. The staff is friendly, friendly, friendly!

Wonderful place with stunning view. Staff is very polite and friendly. Nice room interior, territory of the hotel is amazing. Swimming pool is nice, there are a lot of places you can have a meal with good view outside. Breakfast is prefect. You have coffee machine and water available 24/7 in the kitchen.

Stunning location for a peaceful stay in the countryside just a few minutes from Firenze. The room was beautiful, only a bit too hot at my arrival, the entire location is so well kept, the pool is the perfect place to relax. Nice breakfast, they also have a private parking. Only an alert, the check-in must be done by 6pm.

We spent two nights in this lovely Residenza and we can say it has been a great experience overall! The location is just perfect: super quiet, stunning view, totally and authentic Tuscan country side just few minutes drive from Florence. The Residenza is very well kept and maintained: spacious and comfortable room, with plenty of choice of open areas available to everybody to use for chill out, lunch dinner or just a glass of wine during the beautiful Florentine sunset. Breakfast is one of the best I ever tried in this kind of Bed&Breakfast, French tasty and complete. The swimming pool is beautiful: well kept, clean and comfortable. Not too busy at all. The staff is available for questions and other kind of requirements, pleasant and professional. Good level of English too. Near by there is also a good choice of nice topical restaurants, easy to be reached. We do recommend it indeed and we will definitely be back when in the area again, soon we hope!

Super Aussicht, tolles Team, schöne Zimmer, angenehme Stimmung. Die Einfahrt für das Parking ist etwas eng, aber machbar (BMW 5er Serie). Sehr gute Lage für Trips nach Florenz und Umgebung. Sehr viele Möglichkeiten für Degustationen im Bereich Wein und Oel. Für Kinder ohne Pool suboptimal.

Camera molto bella e comoda. Personale gentile e attento. Ottima pulizia. Colazione buona. Posto molto curato, con una bellissima piscina, immerso nel verde e con una vista incantevole.
