A bit outdated in the decor department. Lowly lit old fashioned lobby area. Room had an exceptionally small window keeping the room darker than normal without the lights on in the daytime. NOT a value coming from a Lifetime Marriott Titanium Member?

The hotel has a dedicated underground parking lot, and the rooms are very hygienic and clean! The most important thing is that the hotel is very close to the center of Banff, and you can walk there!

Our swimsuits got marked from the pool , minerals in it , that was disheartening, as they were brand new .
Neil , concierge was Fantastic!! Very helpful, friendly , welcoming , knowledgeable, great guy.

Everything was awesome except for in our room it was extremely dusty and some build up in the washroom. The cold faucets leaked on both sinks when ran. Otherwise super convenient location and helpful/ friendly staff.

This property is a bit outdated but very cozy. We were a group of 10 skiers and we enjoyed our daily breakfast and the ease of walking to the restaurants. Transportation to the slopes was also available but we preferred using our SUV for more flexibility.

The hotel and rooms were in great shape. It is located towards the east end of town, but still very walkable to the shops and restaurants. Very close to a bus stop and shuttle stop for the ski lodge shuttles. Rooms were clean and stocked. Bar and restaurant on-site--both a bit pricey relative to what you can get in town. Staff was okay, but not very welcoming and a bit standoff-ish which was our only (minor) complaint. Otherwise, I definitely recommend.
