Miette Hot Springs Bungalows

We booked for two nights. Got to our allotted room to find it tiny, cramped, dark and it needs a big revamp. It looked superficially clean but the carpets and stool were very dirty/stained. The curtains had holes in them. The coffee maker didn’t sufficiently heat the water and we asked if we could have a toaster in the room, we would have to put it on the floor or the toilet to be able to plug it in. The shower water was very nice and hot but sprayed everywhere and you couldn’t adjust the shower head at all. The restaurant was very nice and we did enjoy a nice dinner. Only stayed one night as couldn’t stand to be there for two so it was a very expensive and disappointing stay. The setting is beautiful. No animal sightings for us but understandable as it’s not far from where the Jasper fires were.

We come to this location with a large group on motorcycle because this family owed business has always been amazing Motel rooms are very comfortable beds are cozy, food is delicious and the staff are amazing Anna you are wonderful Shout out to unseen cooks and especially Avan and Luca who were amazing all weekend long ! We were a large group of over 24 with many questions! You had us covered! Even when you get a few winks *** Great location and feels like home !

Very accommodating people very clean rooms very close to hot springs and trails. Great and average priced meals nice gift store neat place for a honey moon and even just to getaway and relax can not say enough good things about this Rocky Mountain geam

Just perfect! Stayed at the motel. Very clean, bed was super comfy. The restaurant was absolutely amazing! The food, the service was top notch. For three days we had the same waiter, he never missed a beat. Not kidding! We would have our supper and he bing, he was there at 8:30 am to serve us our delicious breakfast! We are definitely returning in the fall.
