Great service. I forgot my jewelry after checkout and they kept it safe for me until I could collect it.

Great place. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The lobby bar was a nice surprise.

The property and location were great. The staff were amazing and a quaint little bar with the best bartender. Looking forward to my next stay

First, for the laundry room, it is coin-operated. I don't carry coins in general, but it is $3 each for the washer and dryer. The old washer and dryer are certainly an eyesore compared to the rest of the hotel. top blanket was a little scratchy, and it can get cool at night once the humidity breaks. Now for the main reason for the lack of stars. I liked the hotel, the staff, the room, most everything. But a few low-value items went missing from my room. The management said they were not at fault. Again, it was only 5$ worth of quarters (for the laundry) and my earbuds (not fancy ones). It isn't much, but both these items had specific uses, or I might not have noticed. The buds are only used on planes since I am partially deaf. A couple of neck pillows went missing, but I have no idea whether that was at the hotel.

Need a better cleaning schedule or a different way to ensure towels are being replaced and trash removed consistently.

They say they will service your room every other day, but it’s only for those who are staying 4+ nights. Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights and got serviced just 1 time! All they did was make the bed, not change the sheets. No refills on towels and hand towels. Stains on lampshades and carpet, and a sour smell throughout the entire hotel. Breakfast items often not stocked up.

While the breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were really nice and accommodating. And the handicapped rooms were spacious and clean, there were definitely other conditions that made our stay very uncomfortable. The room we had, we could hear the music from the lobby. The hotel lost hot water for two days and nothing was said to guests. Just let us figure it out. Not even an attempt to compensate somehow. The sliding door for the bathroom is on the heavy side and tended to roll back open as well. The shower handle to switch the shower heads were not functioning properly. The outlet near the bed was not functioning properly. The hotel had very few staff that if you had a concern in the middle of the night, you might be waiting a while to get help, as it happened to us. Definitely was on the pricey side given the amount of issues we encountered. I left feeling more tired and exhausted than before getting there. The music situation was felt with three days out of the five days into our stay. The water situation was dealt with also three days into our stay. And if you are in need of their printer services, you will encounter issues. At least the front staff in the morning was able to assist with the matter. I hope they get it together. I stayed there before and didn’t have any issues. Seems like the quality has diminished since then.
