Hotel maybe a little dated but .. I have to give 5 stars because I have no pretensions ... Ultra clean room, fresh and clean towels, the kindness of the staff is super .. my choice was an economic choice, beach at 100 meters not even. . but I repeat .. kindness and cleanliness are not found everywhere! ... certainly the three stars you don't deserve, I don't know who had the courage to assign them: very small room, for Lilliputians, not to mention the microscopic bathroom, one square meter, in short, certainly more spacious terrace than our room busy. Let's not talk about the service, in the morning, the breakfast was minimalist, one brioche per person and a couple of packaged jams and the salty absent, as absent, after 10 pm the concierge service, in fact you have to bring the keys to the entrance. at the hotel to return after 21.30 and the room keys. So ours was a short but uncomfortable stay in this hotel, also considering the high price that was paid for the service received (140 euros with breakfast per day). Personal rating 2 (it was a first time, but it will also be the last!).

welcoming hotel, excellent menus and exquisite dishes, Barbara is an exceptional woman, she will welcome you with her kindness and her sweet contagious laugh. Rooms equipped with every service. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

With the exception of Barbara, the staff was unwelcoming and irritating regarding the management of a small misunderstanding related to the booking (booking charges breakfast even to those who do not choose it). I asked to speak to a manager for clarification regarding the refund but no one showed up. We solved it only thanks to Barbara's kind and competent interest, but the experience of interaction with the reception as a whole cannot be defined as positive. BEFORE paying in "advance" (as requested by the hotel) we called to specify the intention not to use breakfast, but despite this it took 3 days to get the refund. Positive sides? Few…. the location (50 meters from the sea and practically adjacent to the center with restaurants, shops, bars etc.) and the generous size of the room, bathroom and terrace (with a view of the wall of the building next door though). The structure is not the newest but the bathroom is well renovated. Unfortunately (or fortunately) people always make the difference. Especially in an old building, hospitality and courtesy are for us, but I think for many travelers, fundamental. For example, we were not told that there were beaches that have an agreement with the hotel, we discovered it on our own.

I state that we do not travel often and we usually opt for an apartment, but for various reasons we stayed 3 days in this hotel during our holiday in Diano Marina. We were welcomed very well, the staff is very kind and the breakfast super with delicious cappuccinos and a wide choice of brioches, cakes made by them etc ... The rooms, even if they have not new furniture, are still clean and with air conditioning and small fridge. They showed us a free parking not far away and we forgot the car because the hotel is very convenient for the beach and center, while remaining in a quiet position for sleeping. We are very satisfied and if we get the chance we will return!

L'Hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino al centro di Diano Marina ed alle spiagge. La cucina è ottima, gli antipasti sfiziosi e lo chef propone sempre dolci freschi a fine pasto. La colazione è ricca sia per il dolce che per il salato. Il bagno, ben accessoriato, e la camera sono puliti. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff gentilissimo, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Grazie mille a Barbara, Elena, Mattia e Nadia per aver reso ancora più piacevole la nostra vacanza.

Hotel consigliatissimo: staff molto gentile e disponibile. L’hotel è situato nel centro di Diano Marina e vicino al mare a pochi metri. La camera pulita e rinnovata! La colazione a buffet molto curata e di ottima qualità. Un grazie va sicuramente alle due ragazze della reception: Barbara ed Elena Ci vedremo presto perché ritornerò sicuramente per godermi un altro weekend in assoluto relax
