Beim Strandhaus Eberle stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut aufgeteilt mit Balkon zum See. Alles ist super sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist vom allerfeinsten und man hat von jedem Platz einen Blick auf den Bodensee. Bei gutem Wetter besteht auch die Möglichkeit, draußen zu frühstücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, saubere Zimmer, teilweise mit Blick auf den See, ruhige Lage, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit veganen Varianten, Lage direkt am See. Wir haben uns für das verlängerte Wochenende sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir haben ein Zimmerangebot erhalten von der Pension Eberle. Daraufhin haben wir 5 Stunden später versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen um das Zimmer zu buchen. Leider ist die Pension anscheinend telefonisch nicht immer erreichbar? Daraufhin haben wir sofort per Email die Buchung fürs Doppelzimmer bestätigt. 24 Stunden später nach dem Angebot kam dann plötzlich und unerwartet eine Absage mit einem kupierten Standarttext mit keinerlei Bezug auf das Angebot ???? Daraufhin nahmen wir sofort telefonisch Kontakt auf . Es wurde uns mitgeteilt, daß Zimmer wäre schon vergeben!!! Tja ohne Worte.... Als Gast hat man in der Regel mindestens 24 Stunden Zeit über ein Angebot nachzudenken. Kundenfreundlichkeit am Gast ist bei Buchungen hier anscheinend nicht Standard. Sehr schade...
