This hotel is a something I would expect to see on the Brit tv show ‘nightmare holidays’. The rooms are dirty, curtains off the rail, arrived as a family of 5 not enough beds in any rooms, toilet flush broken, toilet seat cracked, tv scratched down the middle, shabby woodwork in rooms scratched and paint peeling, ant infestation, no forks in room, not enough bedding, pool is in a state of disrepair and is a safety hazard ‘my son ripped the sole of his foot open’ other pool has paint peeling off, waterpark not working, rude staff, bar has very limited supply, shower hose burst, cracks in bath, on site shop appears abandoned, wry far away from any facilities, an hours drive from agadir marina. This hotel was listed on love holidays as 4 star, this rating ends when you leave reception! Disappointing. When we were moved rooms after the first being a distaster which btw the second wasn’t much better the hotel staff were evidently speaking about us in their own language!

The hotel is one of the worst places I have ever stayed with mattresses that felt like concrete ants crawling over the counters and cockroaches in the beds and on the floors. The service was horrible, with cleaners giving dirty looks whenever you spoke to them. We had the wifi shut down after the surf expo. If you go anytime when the expo is not on, you won’t have wifi. If you have kids and want to use the aquapark, you should go to a different place. Since this one looks like it’s been closed since 1364, if you hate bugs such as flys, mosquitoes, and anything else, this place is full of them. The only good thing about this place was the fact that they would let you leave.

the ability to see the ocean in a panoramic way and having ur own pool ur own water parc for me it was amazing. we really enjoyed the calm the vibe the view the food and most important for me is the staff and it was great too thank you guys for having us

One of the worst hotels in a rural village. Reception is a mile away. Its actually right place for criminals. No ac in most rooms . They wint even give a fan. Noone understands english. A Frenchi couple had a big fight with our family. Pathetic. I do not recommend for uk people or any foreigners.

bad service The weather is hot 48C/118F to day, and there is no air conditioning. Can you believe this? There is no air conditioning. no wifi no washing machine,i payed for 10 days, how can i wash my clothes? very bad experience.

I was very inspired by the Lunja team, the location and the landscape. Everything was put in place to make us feel safe, have fun and look for the next time to come-back. I loved how eco-friendly is the space. Thank you Lunja team! Thank you Hasna for your sens of details.

Place to escape.Chalet remarkable for its dirt, nauseating smell of poorly done cleaning upon our arrival.We abandoned this rental after one day in order to fully enjoy this magnificent region while staying in another establishment which Fortunately, it lived up to our expectations.

Except for the quiet in the chalets, the service is poor. The staff is not trained. Very bad behavior from the security agents and especially from the head of chalet security (on duty on 08/15/2023 in the afternoon) ＞＞＞ no respect for customers. No professionalism. Very disappointed with his behavior and attitude. A waiting time of 2.5 hours for check-in. At reception, no smile 🤨. Room service is on demand 🤦♂️. It is not regular. So I had to reduce my stay and run away 🏃🏽 I do not recommend this establishment
