Well bad service hotel, despite the friendly staff , the internet and bad , little flexible for early check in or late check out , broken amateur ice machine , requests are not answered in detail, As a lata drink comes without canoe or cup, the restaurant requires q vc make the order and wait 30-45 min at least without allowing q vc request before , and there you go . And they say they are the best hotel in the city . Simple but without problems accommodation. The air conditioning is quiet but the windows are going through a lot of noise from the nearby bars.

Adorei a estadia, os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. As instalações da pousada são boas, limpas e de bom gosto, localizado bem próxima à praia. O restaurante é muito bom, funciona de dia e de noite até 22h , o que facilita muito pois é preciso carro para locomoção até a Praia do Forte onde tem outros restaurantes. Itacimirim é um sossego. The hotel is very well located, organized, the rooms are very good, comfortable beds. All that comes in the fridge bar is included in the daily! Excellent breakfast. Near the village and restaurants, near the Tamar Project, but in a quiet and noise-free place ... No parking, but has a convenience with a close good, which charges R$30,00 per day. I regret to have paid to a ¨flaneline ¨ a vacation on the street, for 20,00 per day! I couldn't have paid anything to it, or at least 10,00 per day!! or have stayed in the convenient parking of the hotel, safeer ....

We had a very good weekend, the resort is very legal and organized, the service is wonderful and the food is also. The only thing I didn't like is that they placed us in a room with a shower separated by a dark glass and whoever is in the room can see you taking a bath, etc. That's not a purpose and is extremely disgusting when you travel with friends. But the hotel staff proposed to change the room and made us laughs good.
