Dün konuştum kişi 4800 lira fiyat verirken bugün konuştuğum kişi 5330 TL fiyat verip diğeri size indirim yapmış deniyor ancak madem indirim yaptıysa dün konustugum kişi demekki yapılabiliyor bugün konuştum hanfendi yalanlamiyor ancak verilen fiyattan da olmuycagini belirtiyor. Bugün geldim odaya girdik iğrenç bir koku sözde Thermal Otel sözde 4yıldız yazıklar olsun ancak iki yıldız havuz berbat pis duvarlarda küf köşelerde küf duşlar berbat ortam bakımsız ezik durumlar odada sıcak su yok Ailecek çok pişman olduk birdaha hayatta gelmeyiz buraya ve çok pahalı geldi bukadar eksikliği varken 👎

10.01.2022 tarihinde ancera denilen otele giriş yaptık kapının girişinde gişede oturmakta olan aslı ismindeki görevliden giriş fişi kestirdik ve masajın fiyatını öğrenerek içeri girdik arkadaşım ile birlikte gişede görevli olan aslı ismindeki çalışan masajın 40 TL olduğunu içeri girişlerin 50 TL olduğunu beyan etti. Sonrasında içeri girdim. Yumuşadıktan sonra uzun bir süre masaj sıramızın gelmesini bekledik çok şükür sıra geldi. Fiyatı sorduğumda Şok oldum kapıda yazan fiyat gişedeki çalışanın söylediği rakamın yaklaşık 4 katı yani 150 TL olduğu söylendi. Bunun üzerine yönetimden biri ile görüşmek istedim. Karşıma diğer gişe sorumlusu zeki ismindeki üslubu bozuk müşteri ile nasıl konuşması gerektiğini bilmeyen bir kişi geldi. Durumu anlatabileceğim bir kişi bulamadım yönetimde ( müdüriyette ) görevli olduğu söylenen evrim aktaş isimli sorumlunun bugün izinli olduğunu tarafıma bildirdiler. Kesinlikle gidilmemesi gereken sözde 4 yıldızlı bir otel ama kesinlikle personel davranışı olsun. Otelin pisliği düzensizliği olsun.
