I arrived late on a Saturday night, but when I asked the receptionist, they booked a taxi for me from the hotel to the ferry terminal for the next day. As is typical in France, all hotels are closed on Sundays, but the hotel staff found me a taxi and I was able to get to the ferry terminal early the next morning."

"Staff and hotel are very accomodating during a time when the airport was closed and tourists required to stay longer than intended. All of the staff were friendly, greeting you with warmth and doing all the can to look after you. Hotel in a very good location. Very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Pharmacy and mini marts nearby for any supplies as well. I hope to come back to Noumea one day and would gladly stay at Le Lagon Hotel"

"I used it for 2 nights from the arrival night of Noumea. You can walk to Marche in about 5 minutes and Cocotier Square in about 10 minutes. The rooms are simple and clean. Amenities are only hair and body soap, so it is better to bring them with you. In addition, there was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room, so I could warm up and eat what I bought at Marche, supermarkets, and food trucks. They were very helpful in arranging a taxi to Magenta Airport. You can't see the sea, but it's convenient before walking around town or going to remote islands.
