1. This hotel has three room types. I like to live in a bigger room, so I booked a more expensive executive room, but I was given the smallest room in the building.
2. The room pictures showed that there was a dining table and a washing machine, but there was nothing there. I asked why the pictures showed that there was, and the staff said that it was a mistake made by the system. The pictures in the system were uploaded by the hotel itself, so how could they blame the system for the mistake? The hotel itself was wrong, but it refused to admit it.
3. I wanted to do laundry, but the door of the laundry room could not be opened every time, and I had to call the staff to open the door.
4. The swimming pool is very small.
5. The odor in the gym is very strong.
6. The towels and bath towels are very dirty.

The breakfast was awful. It was buffet, however when we reached there at 8am, the chaffing dish are mostly empty and the servers just stated they’re not refilling. I would like to commend the help extended by the servers. I understand that they’re just following orders. Citadines has to check or remove it if they cannot deliver.
