As always excellent!! How many times already i book in this hotel..and its very nice and chei

Nice rooms but the towels are need to be change.

Requested to change room because they put me in a room with rusty sink, hard to open the door and unrefilled shampoo and shower gel but the internet connection is good. They have Netflix.

Excellent experience... Nice hotel to stay very affordable.

Its good but there are some dirt in the room. I don’t know where it came from but overall it is good specially the location. It is near Robinsons Mall so food, cafes and other stores near the area is really accessible.

The location is in the center of downtown. You can wake up as early as 05:00 with the bells of church nearby. Breakfast is not european, more lokal food and not open buffet most of the days. Room is normal, a bit old. I am sure how clean the towels. On short do not expect too much, just regular 3star hotel in downtown.

Very disappointed, there was a big leak in the bathroom floor. We have to be careful in walking. Tiles need to be scrubbed. I canceled the two remaining days. This hotel needs a total renovation.

I chose GT Hotel primarily for its location. Transport, shopping, banks, church are accessible. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The staff are the highlight of the stay—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. From the warm welcome at check-in to the quick responses to my requests, they truly made the experience seamless.

I like the room it’s clean. Accommodating staff as well. But the problem is early in the morning you can hear the noise outside of your room.
