Convenient yung place kasi nasa mismong downtown. Medyo pangit lang yung tiles sa 3rd Floor especially pag naglalakad ka sa Hallway, rinig na rinig foot step mo pag nasa room ka kasi parang mababasag yung tiles. Also yung sounds nyu sa loob ng room rinig na rinig sa labas. Kulang ng sound proof yung pintuan.

The location is perfect since it’s nearby mall but the service is not so great. The amenities was bit chip like the glass is may basag the aircon is not so cold lalo ang inet kaya nga nag hotel. Check in process mejo matagal daming waiting.

Everything is good from checking in to checking out. Staff are very accommodating and kind. Room is totally cleaned, amenities are all available. Good service and good place to stay in. ❤️

The location of the hotel is so convenient nasa centro siya mismo ng city at malapit sa lahat ng establishments. Hindi mo problema maghanap ng makakainan kasi same lang sila ng location ni Robinsons Mall. When it comes sa room, malinis siya at comfortable. And if you are working remotely at kailangan mo ng wifi, pwedeng pwede ka doon kasi super bilis ng internet nila.

They should provide small table and they should not keep kettle , water pitcher and mugs inside the toilet. It is unhygienic.

I have to commend the outstanding warmth of the staff, given the renowned Iloilo hospitality. However, the room is surprisingly below standards. Although a budget hotel, a branded hotel should at least be clean and presentable. There were a lot of cockroaches and we had to request for the pillows to be replaced as they smelled bad. Not to mention the interiors really need updating. Other GoHotel branches are as good as posted photos. But this branch really needs to step up a notch.
