The service was excellent! The room attendants were very proactive—they would kindly offer to clean the room without having to be asked. The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting guests with a smile even beyond their duty hours.
The food was delicious, though slightly on the pricey side. I do hope they consider setting up a designated smoking area; if they do, I wouldn’t think twice about coming back.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would gladly recommend this place.

Very accommodating! All the staff are courteous and very hospitable.I borrowed Ilan iron to press my curled outfit for my daughter's graduation.i expect extra payment for this extra service given but no extra charges were served.The breakfast buffet is so good! The food is great as well.pverll I give them a perfect rating and I would highly recommend this place!

Everything I am looking for in a hotel. They have a mini fridge, a microwave, water heater, hot water, they also have a mini pool and a gym, and the restaurant at the top has very good views of the city. There’s also a thriving food scene on the streets near the hotel at night.

Clean 2 star hotel with friendly staff. Only 2 out of 3 elevators were working though and the lobby is small so it was a bit cramp and lines were long. But the staff are very helpful which makes up for the situation. No comment re the pool, gym, and hotel food. There is 7-11 in the bldg which is very convenient.

We always get the best sunset view from our room.
Having SM right across the street makes the trip with kids more convenient.
