Ibis Budget Sélestat

Very good value for money. Despite a slightly dated decor, the rooms are clean. The hotel is very well located close to all shops, restaurants and the highway. The staff is very kind and efficient, too bad the soundproofing of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

Dated hotel, small room but reasonable for the price, average welcome, not enough towels, average lunch (when we manage to get a table!!!!!), sheets not very clean and smell in the room. He deserves a good rejuvenation!!! .not very good for the agreement channel

Hotel chosen for our traveling workers: constant draft in the room, general bad smell, dirty bedding, damaged blinds, no staff to contact for a change of room.

The Hotel is well located, easy to access, close to Sélestat, a practical matter. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Also well located in relation to tourist towns and sites in the region. There is someone at reception 24 hours a day. 24 hours with the possibility of having a snack including hot 24 hours a day, this is a significant service. A service approach and an appreciable environmental approach. The rooms are simple, everything is very clean, the bedding is comfortable. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. For breakfast there are many choices available, an interesting and clever approach to reducing waste (no trays and individual packages of honey butter jam, etc.)

Cleanliness in the rooms is not particularly taken care of. The reception staff lacks politeness and greets with difficulty. A little more kindness wouldn't be a bad idea just as it would be appreciated to find a bottle of water in the room.

I expected much better, when I saw a 2-star plaque at the entrance, I expected (even if it's an ibis) a good time. Unfortunately, quite a few things turned out to be less good than expected 😟 The welcome is not pleasant, it's not friendly, barely a hello, that's saying... I don't even have the impression anymore that we are room numbers more than customers 😂 The room is generally clean but small for an ibis, I remembered a larger one anyway... Certainly it smells fresh but finding spiders is still reproachable ... The night remained pleasant, it's calm all the same. The breakfast is for the price, not plentiful enough. The welcome in the morning remains the same as in the evening, quite cold. There are missing tables, the space is perhaps a little small... 😐 Overall disappointed by this Ibis, which is precisely not up to the standard of other ibises. Finally, by wanting to pay a little less, the loss of conviviality and good humor is felt 😟

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un petit week-end à Europa Park. L'hôtel était parfaitement situé: à moins d'une heure en voiture du parc, à quelques minutes en voiture de la jolie Selestat, à quelques minutes à pied de plusieurs magasins et enseignes de restauration. Les membres du personnel ont tous été très agréables et à l'écoute. En revanche, la literie est vraiment inconfortable. Mon mari et moi avons eu très mal au dos au réveil... Le café du distributeur est absolument infect. Peut-être que les travaux en cours permettront quelques améliorations.

L'hôtel est situé a l'extérieur de la ville donc vous devez avoir une voiture pour y arriver. Les gens a l'accueil étaient aimables mais la chambre était borderline sale, beaucoup de cheveux par terre et dans la douche. La clim était très bruyante donc pas évident de dormir. Énormément d'araignées et de toiles d'araignées au plafond près du lit en hauteur.
