Bus stop just infront of the hotel. Good food. Prefect view. Excellent service!

The room is very big and spacious with a great view. The front desk service is very good and considerate. The spa is very comfortable and I met many foreign friends. There is bus line 4 at the door and you can take it directly to the city center for 2 euros. It's great!

Check-in service is very good, check-out is slow, but the attitude is not bad nice environment Gym, swimming pool, open-air bar barbecue will hold performances, spa needs to be booked in advance

The experience is very good

Fabulous location with direct access to the sea and exceptional customer service. Room was a little strange with the bathroom set up and felt a bit basic, but a decent bed and stunning sea view.

All fabulous . Staff at breakfast and dinner were so helpful & friendly, especially Wilson. Will definitely be returning. Could not fault it.

The hotel room was quite comfortable. The drinks in the bar next to the pool was acceptabe. The selection at the dinner was really good and tasty. Unfortunately, the hotel itself has no free parking places. The breakfast selection is a little bit poor in may opinion. There are no restaurants near the hotel, only 2-3 tapas bar or similar. When the hotel has a lot of guests they should change or clean the water in the pools more frequently as the water in it was many times disgusting and smelly from human perspiration and sun lotion. The hotel has only a very short seashore, but it is ok if you do not want to splash in the sea too much.

- very nice swimming pools. big pool and facing the sea - there is also an option to jump into the sea if you want to - convenient with bus stop in front of the hotel to take you to palma, if palma is too far, there are bars and restaurants only 4 stops away from the hotel (Soda Pop is highly recommended, very good tanqueray tonic) - staff are helpful and friendly one down side: the room key always not working. I've been changing room key 3 times in 7 days.

Food was great. Large varieties of choices. Different cusines each day.

I love this place. I’ve been coming back year after year and sometimes more than once in a year! Carmelo (who works on the door in reception) is fantastic - and so is Patricia in the restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Fabulous location for secluded beaches and walking and the pool area is wonderful! Dinner is not great, can get repetitive. But aside from that this place is my fav place, and I’ll keep coming back!

Housekeeping services were deplorable. On one day, our room wasn’t even serviced at all, and on most others, certain bathroom amenities were missing or not replaced and the room was not cleaned adequately. We got no apology or compensation from management, despite sending a note of disappointment through *******. Also, the products used in the bathroom are of poor quality and recycled (several bottles of “conditioner” contained hand/body cream). Parking in the garage is very tight, making the risk of damage to your car trying to maneuver in and out of spaces when the garage is full pretty high. Overall, a disappointing experience. This hotel certainly should not be classified as 4-star. Two-star, maximum, by any reasonable standard. However, the wait staff at breakfast were amazing (very nice and helpful). That was the only good part of our stay.
