A landmine! The room rate is not low, and it feels like a state-owned guesthouse from the 1980s. The decoration is falling off, the toilet is leaking, the air conditioner does not work, and the wifi coverage is poor. The service is also the worst in the entire Balkans, and they just said "we can do nothing". I fled immediately after staying for one night...

We were really looking forward to a relaxing family vacation at Terme Spa Hotel, but unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. From the moment we arrived, things started to go downhill. First off, the check-in process was chaotic, with staff member lacking basic manners. When we finally got to our room, it was far from the luxury we were expecting. The room smelled musty, and the decor looked outdated and worn out. The bathroom had a few issues — there was mold around the shower, and the towels were frayed. As for the spa itself, it was overcrowded and nothing like the peaceful retreat we had imagined. The pool area was dirty, making it impossible to unwind. There was also a lack of proper supervision around the children’s area, which led to a lot of chaotic and unsafe moments. The hot tubs were constantly filled with children jumping in and out, which totally ruined the calming atmosphere. The staff didn’t seem to care much about the guests either. Whenever we approached them with questions or concerns, they were unhelpful or just outright rude. We also noticed that certain amenities, like the family-friendly activities and kids' club, were either closed or lacked proper management. i have also noticed how differently the non Bosnians were treated and it was horrible.

Very unsafe place. The staff and people there are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. It is not a clinic or a safe place to stay. They mistreat elderly people and show aggressive behavior towards random individuals. If you are looking for safety and proper care, avoid this place. I strongly advise against going there

The staff is racist and rude!!! A guy wanted to beat an old man and nobody believed it. There were no cameras, which made it even worse, and the staff did not want to support the family because they weren’t Bosnian. This is clearly nationalism…

This place was terrible stealing payments and not refunding peoples money that was paid in advance. Also, there is no proper management the place is chaos, people starting fights, disrespecting elders and trying to hit them and start fights with them. I do not recommend coming to this place at all.
