It’s good hotel and spa for someone who is looking for relaxation . But they don’t have iron and iron board in the rooms .
They don’t allow you to take your water bottle out of the restaurant

Its exactly my home in Rize, emerald Black Sea side of Turkey. I love the first THERMAL WATER here that makes the great relief and other impacts for the health. Thankyou to Front Office Team, to Esra for her kind assisting me, to Hakan for his helping me very much in reception, swimming pool and lobby bar area to Thankyou to Kerem for his hospitality attitue, 2 guys and 1 lady, you are great 👏🏻 Thankyou very much to SPA Manager, Kadir , his kind informations, taking care of me, his Turkish is really perfect by the way 👏🏻😁 Thankyou so much to İhsan from Food and Beverage that always helps me, try to solve my problems, he is really cute and professional. Thankyou really much to Cüneyt from F&B Departmen for his recommedation and sincerely professional hospitality that always made me feeling like i am a guest in the hotel ❤️ I stay for many years in this hotel but that time i had more time to get connection, friendship with almost all the team. Haftasonu tatili için 1 gecelik konaklama yaptık. Yemekler açıkbüfe. Özellikle kahvaltıdaki ürünler kurumuştu, kaç günlük oldukları belli değil. Ama açık büfelerin durumunu bildiğim için çok beklentim yoktu zaten. Odalar temiz. Otel genel olarak güzel. Ancak karışık termal havuzun yanındaki çocuk havuzunda uzun saçlı çocuklar bone takmadıkları için saçlar vardı. Ayrıca 8-9 yaşlarındaki çocuklar çocuk havuzuna atlayarak giriyor ve daha küçük çocukları korkutuyorlardı. Benim çocuğum 1.5 yaşında ve onu sokamadım bu durumdan dolayı. Havuz görevlisine gidip durumu anlattım. Kendisi çocukları ve aileleri uyarmak yerine bana akıl verdi; siz gidip ailelerle görüşün. Çocuk bunlar, termal havuza sokun beline kadar mineralleri alsın ( ki yasak 6 yaşından kucuklerın girmesi) dedi. Ben niye velilerle muhattap olayım? Para verdim 1 gün duracagım onda da havuza giremiyor çocugum siz çözün durumu dedim ısrarlarım üzerine havuza teşrif etti ancak çocukları uyarmak yerine beni yanına çağırıp bişey yapamayız çocuk bunlar dedi. Çıkıp otel yetkilisinin yanına gittim görevliyi şikayet etmek için bana hak verdi ve görevliyi uyaracagını söyledi istersek çıkış saatini de uzatabilriiz dedi ama görevlinin tutumunun değişeceğini hiç zannetmiyorum. Yani havuzlarda bir denetimsizlik var.

Suyu gerçekten termal vasıfta, kaplıca suyu havasını alıyorsunuz, ancak havuzlar küçük ve aktif tek bir havuz var. Ayrıca kaplıca suyunun kaynağı havuzda belli değildi. Bir devir daim noktası göremedik. Başka bir dezavantaj ise sauna ve açık havuzun kapalı olması idi. Yemekleri yeterli sayıda ve lezzetli. Ürün kalitesi orta-iyi vasıftaydı. Gelen misafir kitlesi orta düzeyde denebilir. Restoran ve bar personelleri güler yüzlü. Özellikle otel müdürü oldukça profesyoneldi.

Bu otele 5 yıl önce gitmiştik 4 aile o dönem sadece akşam yemeğini eksik bulmuştuk şimdi ise herşey eksik ve vasattı akşam yemeği hiç vermeseler daha iyiydi otel kendini ileriye taşıyacağına çok daha geri gitti veya bize öyle geldi Araplar bizim gibi düşünüyor olmayabilir

Su an otelde konaklıyoruz. Herseyiyle mukemmel bir otel kahvaltısı akşam yemeği odaları ve yemyeşil doğası ile çok çok guzel. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim. Bence bolgenin en iyi oteli guleryüzlu otel Muduru Oryal Beye ve çalışanlarına sonsuz teşekkürler
