Myself and my teenage children stayed at The Kirman Sidemarin for a week in October 2024. The entire experience was first class. The manager Serif was in l contact with us daily along with the guest relations team and helped us with every query or request. The service at the bars, restaurants and in every area of the hotel was exemplary and we wanted for nothing. The food was very good in all of the restaurants especially the a la cartes and the food at The Steak House was exceptional. There was adequate sun loungers both at the pool and on the beach and pier and the animation team offered activities to take part on throughout the day should you wish too. The bar staff were polite and really looked after us, the cocktails were great, especially at the mixology bar. The children spent lots of time in the games room using the free facilities, the really enjoyed playing pool, basketball and bowling and staff were always helpful. The hotel offers something for everyone. The reception organised a taxi for us to visit the Old Town which was a short drive away and we also went on a rafting/buggy excursion which was really great value for money. There are shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel if you want to leave the resort. Overall a 5* experience and we will be returning next year with more of the family. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in March 2019. Fabulous hotel, room gorgeous and food delicious. Enough sun loungers in March but don't think there'd be enough space at peak times. The hotel is immaculately clean, one of the best I've seen. I'm a middle aged woman and travel alone. It wasn't until mid week that I found 2 English ladies to speak to. The hotel is definitely for Germans. All other guests were German. All staff seemed to be fluent in German but spoke extremely LITTLE English - to me that's not acceptable- they should have some knowledge of both. This did annoy me and for this, I would not return. All tv channels were German. Ali at the pool bar was magnificent! He's totally outstanding with second to none customer service and a huge asset to the hotel - I just hope he gets the recognition he so truly deserves. He is the only one I tipped on this holiday as he was the only one worthy of it. Never had to go to the bar - he goes around the pool making sure everyone has a drink; he takes the orders, goes back to the bar and then delivers a large number of drinks to all the correct people with the correct drink! I only hope is terrific efforts don't go unnoticed!

relatively new and modern hotel. In the entrance hall, the walls and columns are covered with mosaic stones. When we arrived, a porter came to us immediately and took our suitcases straight to our room, which we were assigned within 5 minutes. The rooms are functional and nicely furnished, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator... The cleanliness is also worth mentioning, bed linen and towels were changed daily. The pool was great, there are plenty of places to sit at the bar and on the beach. We were very satisfied

Wir waren 2022 schonmal im febeach Zimmer: Familien Zimmer groß genug für 4 Personen, aber nach jeder Reinigung hatten wir Haare auf dem Tisch liegen gehabt was nach der zeit sehr eckelhaft war. Essen: fand ich persönlich lecker. Hat sich aber zu oft wiederholt. Personal im essenssaal wirken sehr unter druck gesetzt und sind stets bemüht. Aussen wurde sehr selten was aufgefüllt oder sauber gemacht. Leider kam es vor das eine fam früher als geplant wieder abgereist sind, nachdem Frau und Kind ins kh eingeliefert wurden mit Salmonellen Vergiftung. eigene Familie haben damit leider jetzt noch damit zu kämpfen mit Übelkeit und Magen Verstimmung, sprich sie können nichts ins sich halten. In unserem Zeitraum gab es leider immer mehr mit solchen Beschwerden. Pool: wie auch vor 2 Jahren wurde nichts verändert oder verbessert. Die Eltern schleppen die Schirme in den Pool damit die Kinder etwas Schatten im kinder Pool haben. Die rutsche sollte bei kleinen Kinder nicht ohne aufsicht benutzt werden.da sie trocken ist besteht die Gefahr das die Kinder auf der trockenen rutsche hängen bleiben wegen Wasserschuhen oder schwimmhilfen und kopfüber runter stürzen könnten. Musste ständig mit einem kleinen Sand Eimer die rutsche nass machen damit die Gefahr nicht zu groß ist. Animation: Absolute Katastrophe. Am besten gar keine Kinder Animation machen. Sitzt mit den ganz großen im kids club und gucken am Handy tik tok. Der Rest der kinder sind dann auf sich selber gestellt.kann sich nicht mit den Kindern unterhalten da sie nichts versteht. Mini Disco sollte besser was eingedämmt werden in den ersten Tagen waren es meistens 12-15 kinder. Am letzten Abend von uns waren es nur noch 2 kinder auf der Bühne, meine Tochter saß nur vor der Bühne und wollte nur dann mit machen wenn Onkel oder Tante da mit gemacht haben. Es gab leider nie ein persönlichen Kontakt mit der Kinder Animation. Oskar und goofy sind stets bemüht und sehr engagiert. Pool Spiele, Wassergym und Wasser Ball sind im Angebot momentan. Mehr darf man bei 2 Animateure wirklich nicht verlangen denn die geben wirklich genug Power und investieren viel Zeit dafür. Gino glänzt mit Abwesenheit und investiert seine Zeit beim darten oder Katastrophale Pool musik an zu machen. Oskar und goofy, ihr habt das nicht verdient da unter zu gehen baut etwas neues auf und werdet woanders glücklicher. Eis hat man bekommen wenn man bezahlt hat. Und das nicht grade wenig. W-lan, eine Frechheit dafür geld zu kassieren. 100 mal rausgeschmissen am Abreise tag hatten wir nur bis 12 noch am Pool w lan gehabt danach waren wir komplett raus und konnten dann in die lobby um internet noch zuhaben um flug daten und check in zu organisieren. Anstatt Weihnachten und Silvester Party zu veranstalten sollte man das hotel auf links drehen und komplett umgestalten es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das hotel hat nach so einem Standart keine 4 Sterne sondern 3 sterne, dafür hat es stark abgebaut . Waren jetzt das 3. Mal und das letzte mal da.

can say that the whole experience was very unpleasant. from the moment I arrived at the hotel at 11 to 12 at night - the boy/gentleman at the reception was very irresponsible in doing the job properly. we were a group of 27 people, we had 8 family rooms and 3 double rooms and a single room. the booking was created 3 months ago. after I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman who didn't want to say his name (they seem a little taller than me) on April 25, it was at night. He kept us at the reception until 3:30 in the morning because he could not calculate and follow the steps to be able to make the reservations and give us the room key. she was very messy, irresponsible to do her job, very bad English. he spoke very badly, yelled several times at us... it was a very unpleasant experience. the next day everything was resolved with the manager Hasan who listened, explained and solved the check-in - but to sit at the reception and wait after a 5 hour flight and then an hour from the airport seems like too much. reception was poor on the short man's shift (on the other shifts the tall man was perfect and the lady/miss was cool). I ate the same food every day, I would say 1 star - sometimes the same food from lunch to dinner/ or maybe they cooked the same food but it didn't taste good sometimes. some food ok. The waitress , if you offered them money, they served you very nice and smiles if not, don't even bother to smile , sometimes if you asked them for something, they answered back I don’t have time and leave. sometimes the food wasn't enough, if they ran out of food, they didn’t replace. the rooms are clean and spacious, comfortable beds, air conditioning, bathroom ok - it could be better if they are renovated - the shower cabin in room 4309 is not very well maintained. my room, for example, was never cleaned, other colleagues were clean, other rooms were not. Clean towels but they don't change them on time or they take them away and then they don't bring them back, they said they don't have clean ones until the next day from reception The pool is clean, the sunbeds are clean, the bar is ok, sometimes too crowded but ok, the drinks are not very quality but ok. the activities were 10 out of 10 amazing time fun. beautiful beach - not very clean but ok. the food at the beach is ok - sometimes better than at the restaurant. I will not recommend the hotel very bad , bad behaviour from staff and not English speaking. 2 out of 20 people

Отдыхали в этом отеле в августе 2024 года, семья из трех человек (ребенку 7 лет). От аэропорта до отеля ехали примерно 1,5 часа, заселились быстро. Изначально бронировали номер стандарт с предоставлением доп. спального места (раскладушка), на ресепшене нам предложили номер с доплатой 20 долларов (разово), в котором двухспальная и односпальная кровати, с видом на море. Мы взяли его! Номера хорошие, чистые, единственный недостаток для кого-то, это маленькие душевые кабинки, но для нас это не было проблемой. В номерах производилась ежедневная уборка и смена полотенец, пляжные полотенца выдавали внизу и меняли тогда, когда вам нужно. От отеля до моря примерно 250 метров, при желании можно доехать на машинке, которая работала с утра и до вечера (примерно до 5 или 6 часов, точно не помню, чаще ходили пешком). Вход в море пологий, песчанный пляж, до глубины нужно хорошенько пройтись, что очень удобно с детьми! Лежаков всегда было достаточно, работал бар на пляже предоставляя напитки. Территория пляжа и лежаки ежедневно убирались, как правило вечером, когда уже немного людей и рано утром. Питание в отеле было отличное, очень вкусно и разнообразно. Много мяса (курица, индейка, говядина, баранина, свинина), рыба, свежие фрукты и овощи, салаты, горячие блюда и десерты. Голодным никто не останется. Даже если что-то заканчивалось, через несколько минут блюдо снова наполняли. В ресторане прекрасное обслуживание официантов, они забирали грязную посуду и по запросу приносили напитки. Отель ориентирован на иностранцев (примерно 50% немцы, 30% англичане и 20% русские), есть русскоговорящие администраторы (но не все) и официанты (несколько человек). Весь персонал отзывчивый, при необходимости предоставит то, что вам нужно. Для 4ки это очень хороший отель, мы бы с удовольствием поехали в него еще раз!
