Just back from the Side Sun. Went with a friend and our 2 children. The children loved the slides, beach, ice cream, Turkish bath but most importantly the animation team! They went out of their way to make our holiday fun. They had a range of activites to get us all involved. Special mention to Morgan, she really went the extra mile to make sure we all had a brilliant holiday. The children saw her and many of the others in the team as a friend and were upset to leave! All the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and hard working. The bar staff Aydin and Duge were always helpful. Thank you everyone!

Geçen Ekim ayında 3 kardeş gittik ve cok memnun kaldık.. yemeği, ortamı ,personeli, havuzu vesayre harika ötesi.. dinlenmek ve kafa dağıtmak için gerçekten süper bir otel.. tüm personelin lobbyden - fotoğrafcısına kadar neşeleri ,ilgi ve alakaları bizi çok onure etti..

Nach den guten Erfahrungen in den letzten Jahren kam für unseren diesjährigen Urlaub nur das Side Sun Hotel in Frage. Durch einen umfassenden Umbau in der letzten Winterpause wurde die Strandbar neu gestaltet. Statt des bisherigen Buffetts werden nun die Speisen durch das Servicepersonal serviert. Die Speisenauswahl ist nicht nur im Strandbereich umfassend. Auch beim Frühstück und Abendessen wird eine reichhaltige Auswahl sowohl einheimischer als auch internationaler Speisen angeboten. Einziges Manko: Die Zimmer selbst wären etwas überholungsbedürftig. Aber da man sich hier in der Regel ohnehin nur zum Schlafen aufhält, kann dieses Detail vernachlässigt m.E. werden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind - wie auch in meinen Bewertungen aus den Vorjahren - die Mitarbeiter/-innen dieses Hotels, egal ob im Bereich Service, Reinigung oder Leitung. Durchgehend mit hohem Elan und Schaffensfreude geht man an die Arbeit heran; kein Wunsch der Gäste bleibt unerledigt. Hierfür besten Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Aufenthalt im Side Sun Hotel in Kumköy war traumhaft schön, sehr familiär geführtes Haus mit ultra lieben und zuvorkommenden personal was einem wirklich jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen,was aber für uns nicht ausschlaggebend war oder ist, ehrlich gesagt ist man dort ja nur zum duschen und schlafen…;-) Der Essensbereich oder die Bereiche, es gibt mehrere Restaurants,waren alle sehr sauber und schön geschmückt und angerichtet. Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Essen, es gibt sogar extra Diätessen, falls benötigt. In dem Hotel sind viele Stammgäste was ich wirklich gut verstehen kann und wir werden mit absoluter Sicherheit auch wiederkommen Ich möchte hier mal ein paar Angestellte besonders hervorheben, da sie für unser Wohlergehen so liebevoll und hilfsbereit gesorgt haben Mukkadas ( Mukki ) die uns morgens immer schon unsere 2 Tassen Kaffee pro Mann mit einem Lächeln hingestellt hat, ohne das wir etwas sagen mussten Syleman Cerit der uns traumhaften Abende mit seiner zuvorkommenden Art beschert hat…unsere Getränke ohne Bestellung schon dastanden wenn wir zum Essen kamen und er 2 mal einen schönen Tisch gedeckt hat,mit Herzen und guter Reise Und zu guter letzt unser Aydin aus der Bar der jedes Getränk schon gezapft bzw fertiggemacht hat bevor wir es sagen mussten..sehr liebevolle und herzliche Mitarbeiter So nun möchte ich aufhören und allen die sich dazu entschieden haben, das Hotel zu buchen , einen schönen Urlaub und gute Erholung

Odalar yemek alanlarina,havuza ve plaja yakin yani oyle cok fazla yurumenizi gerektirecek bir otel degil.Odalar,havuz,yemek alanlari ***et hijyenik.Hatta 2.gunumuzde odaya girdigimizde temizlik gorevlisi ablamiz Hatice Avci odamizi cok guzel temizlemis ve bir de not birakmisti iyi tatiller diye bu cok kucuk birsey gibi gelebilir fakat bizi gulumsetmisti cok tesekkurler.Yemekleri genel anlamda begendik somon,ordek ,plaj barin oradaki pizza ve digerleri cok cok lezzetliydi sadece krep,pankek ve yumurta yapilirken cok fazla yag kullaniliyor ve krep krep olmaktan cikiyor.Cogu otelde öglen yemegini barlar kisminda yiyorsan personel hizmet etmez ama burada o kadar guzel bir dongu var ki yerinden kalkmana gerek yok.Plaj kum,deniz sığ guzel fakat dalgali bir denizi var.Biz agustos sonunda konakladigimiz icin koridorda klima olmamasi bizi hic etkilemedi.Bizim sorun olarak gordugumuz tek sey kapali otoparka arac alirlerken arabanin kalitesine bakiyorlar.Bu denli guzel sistem kurmus bir otele bunu yakistiramadik.Aksam eglenceleri eh iste fakat bu bizim icin asla sorun degildi.Her sey icin tesekkurler.

Bugüne kadar konakladigimiz 5 yıldızlı otellerden bile daha kaliteli hizmete sahip bir otel. Personelin güler yüzlü olması ve hizmette hiçbir aksaklık olmaması ***et güzeldi. Yemekleri havuzu plajı odaları ***et güzeldi. Bundan sonraki tatillerimizde tekrar tekrar tercih edecegimiz bir otel olacak.

Yedi 13 Temmuz tarihler arasında torunum ve eşimle beraber burada güzel 7 gün geçirdik geçen yıl da gitmiştik bildiğimiz bir oteldi onun için tercih ettik karşılama güzel ben lobi katında kaldım bu yılda rahat oluyor odamız çok güzeldi kanepe torunuma yatak oldu temizlik güzeldi maden suyu ve su koyuyorlar mini bara yeterli odamız lobi katında olduğu için pastanesi çok güzel barı da güzel ön bahçede de oturduk akşam serinliğinde kapalı garaj’ı var arabayı oraya koydular yemekler çok güzel sabah öğle akşam her şey var konsept değişmiş havuz var ve sahil barda öğlenleri alakar usulü yemek yiyoruz çok rahat olmuş koşturmaca yok alternatifli yiyecekler var oradan seçiyorsunuz ayrıca sahil barı yıkmışlar ve yeniden inşa etmişler açık hava ve kapalı alanı oldukça güzel çok kalabalık değil rahat her yerde sıra buluyorsunuz problem olmadı biz genelde sahil barın karşısındaki yeşillikte güneşlendik denizi güzel biraz yürüyorsunuz ama kum bazen de dalgalı oluyor güzel vakit geçirdik torunum kaydıraklardan da epey kaydı ayrıca akşama doğru havuza gidiyorduk havuzun barı suyun içinde sayılır akşamları orada oturduk bira içtik meyve suyu içtik dediğim gibi yemek çeşitleri çok bol meyve tatlı vs deniz ürünleri Et ve tavuk devamlı var çok memnun kaldık kapalı havuz da var derli toplu yorulmuyorsunuz bir otelde Beklediklerimiz burada vardı teşekkür ediyorum çalışanlara
