Miramare Queen Hotel

So, i checked the reviews before coming here, we were an English family, who came with friends so there was 9 of us all together. Now after reading the reviews from other English families left me thinking we had totally booked the wrong hotel. On arrival my first impressions were that the hotel was clean, check in was easy, and we did ask for rooms close together, but this seems to have been overlooked as we couldnt of been further away from one another. Anyway it was late and we just wanted to chill, so just accepted what we got. So hotel room, lovely and clean, balcony was a bit on the small side, mini bar was a bonus. We put in our cases and headed out to have a look around. This hotel looks lovely on a night, the pool area looks lovely. Food; im a fussy eater, i admit, but i always found something to eat, i went with a vegetarian and she found it hit and miss. Ice creams and cakes served in the bottom bar, kids enjoyed this. The pool bar was amazing service, all staff friendly, and although some ( about 2 staff members) did struggle to understand your English, they got there in the end. Beach bar, not really a 10/10 service, we only went twice and one of the waiter's was in such a rush to take our order, 2 of us never ended up with our meals, she was a bit rude. Al a carte was devine, we enjoyed this, and the vegetarian said the food was gorgeous. The beach fab, and the water is like a bath, fridges with water bottles dotted around too, which was great. Sunbeds, we always managed to get around the pool, wether we went down at 7 or 9am. Fresh towels for pool put in room every day. The beach party night was fab and some good entertainment put on nightly. Shops and bars literally on the door step. We took a taxi to side harbour which was 10 euros. Lovely place. We also did land of legends which was fab. Overall it was a fab holiday, and a holiday is what you make of it. If your English please ignore the awful reviews as its a lovely place, and plenty to do and see, we spent most of our time at the hotel, kids enjoyed the kids club when they attended, always doing games in the smaller pool.

This hotel is located perfectly, with the beach less than a 5 min walk away and plenty of shops and places to eat, within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and well.kept. The majority of staff are friendly and welcoming. My friend had an issue with a rude waiter and one of the waitresses didn't seem to appreciate taking our orders, but whatever! As I said, the majority of staff were great. We tipped our fave staff member generously when we left. Our room overlooked the pool and was okay, Noticed a couple of days that the sheets were not changed which was annoying but we told the housekeeper and that was rectified. She didn't seem happy, but that's what we paid for - to have clean sheets! The food...hmm..I've had better but we never went hungry. The food at the snack bar, we preffered over the buffet lunch during the day. The crepes at breakfast were nice. We had a nice meal at the a la carte restaurant, but feel portions could have been a bit larger. Entertainment was okay a couple of nights, the Beyonce impersonation routine were good. You can use the water slides next door at Miramare Beach. The kids loved those. The Beach can get busy but we always managed to find sunbeds, but then we did go later in the day. The sand is soft, not grainy or rough. Lots of German and Russian guests, we only met two other British families during our stay, but it didn't make a difference. We had a great time regardless. Tip: We got our own stainless steel bottles filled up with cocktails at the pool bar, as they'd stay cold for hours and save us going bk n forth!

We were very satisfied. Thanks for everything. All staff are very caring and attentive. I would especially like to thank Mrs. Merve and Mr. Dani from the Mini Club, Mr. Burak, Mr. Cetin, Mr. Yunus and Mr. Emre at the reception for their interest. Meals were delicious. We plan to come back next year.

We stayed for 2 weeks with family and friends. We were really pleased with the size of the family rooms and they were kept super clean by the daily room service staff. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool were spacious with a short and pretty walk to the beach. The entertainment was good with a different act each night. The entertainment team were excellent and worked hard. I would definitely return. We had an amazing holiday.

Ağustos ayının sonunda eşim ve 4 yaşındaki oğlum gittiğimiz otelden çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık. Yemeklerin lezzeti içecek çeşitliliği, personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzü vs herşeyiyle çok iyiydi. Çekingen ve utangaç bi yapıya sahip oğlumuz bile miniclub dan merve hanımla arkadaş olup ayrıldı. çok ilgili enerjisi hiç bitmeyen çok güler yüzlü birisi kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Havuzu kademeli derinleşiyor sığ olan kısmında oğlumuz tek başına rahatça eğlenebildi. Her zaman dalgasız olduğu söylenen deniz bizim şansımıza biraz dalgalıydı ama ona rağmen güzeldi. Kumsal tertemiz ve tamamen kumdu. Çocuk animasyonları yeterli. Bunların dışında temizlik konusundada çok iyiler. Her sabah şezlonglar temizleniyor, oda temizliği lavabo temizliği vs de çok iyi. Özetle olumsuz olabilecek hiç birşeyle karşılaşmadık. Herşey için öncelikle genel müdür öner beye sonrasında oğlumun adına merve hanıma teşekkürler.

We arrived at around 22:00. The receptionist (although spoke little English) made us feel very welcome from the outset. Day one we were sat by the pool and got greeted by the entertainment team. Namely Gokhan and Tito. Without those two we wouldn't have had half as much fun. Although saying that, all the staff and guests were very, very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. 5* service throughout. The rooms are very clean and comfortable as it is throughout the hotel. Although expensive (that's my opinion) I would strongly recommend taking advantage of the in house photograph team. Very professional. If you do travel here from the UK, take euro and not too much lira as most things are in euro. I assume this is down to exchange rates and the resort is primarily aimed at the European market.
