Fantastic hotel for a end of year break we have travelled the 2bd weekend in November for three years now and have been blessed with very agreeable weather 23-29 through the day falling to 15-17 in the evening. Great variety of food, very comfortable accommodation, courteous staff and facilities we find are all 1st rate.

BEST HOTEL EVER !Myself and my partner have never been to a better hotel than this, the pictures on the website definitely does not do it justice. The quality of food is 5 ⭐️ and the service from all members of staff were off top quality. I would like to give a special mention to Emre who served us each night in the pool beach bar, he was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning. Bed a bit on the hard side. But the room was spacious and cleaned well. Carly at the customer relations desk was brilliant with us. Good luxury feel to the hotel. The staff were very courtious and very friendly. Food was excellent! Entertainment was reasonably good. Would definitely go again But would say its a very German oriented hotel. But don't let this put you off.

Currently at the hotel and everything is amazing! The pool area is superb with its own beach makes a great addition, the food is absolutely outstanding and the animation team have been very attentive! Would recommend to anyone to stay here ! And thanks from animation OZCAN

This review is a follow up of the one I left yesterday. After my chat with Elena this morning , who was very understanding about my main conern cats in the dining room . The managment have had meetings and are trying their very best to get the problem under controll for which I am very grateful for so a big Thank-you there . We also spoke about the other things which she said would be promplty addressed. How lovely to be able to get things sorted . Anyone staying here Elena is the lady to speak to if you have any concerns no matter how small . So again Elena Thank-you and your wonderful team . Just to add the pool is lovely today .

The hotel overall is beautiful , all areas emaculately clean and very comfortable. Our room is nice with amazing bedding and lovely view . However some of the service reflects badly on the experience. Breakfast mainly. This morning I had to actually aproach a staff member to ask for drinks and when they were eventually served they were cold !!! There were I counted 5 on the floor , 3 manager's standing talking and looking at their phones and there was about 35 guests at the time . This is NOT 5☆ service and needs addressing ASAP!!!! The pool which we understood to heated is not so no swimming as its so cold . And on Turkish night the bbq chef was rude and he handed me a plate which was dangerously hot to carry . Bar staff are brilliant ,friendly and the drinks are really good . And there is a real problem with cats in the restaurant. A drunken couple were feeding them at the table next to us and she was letting them lick her fingers . I did actually complain and we had to move . I have a serious cat alergy this is unacceptable and extremely unhygienic in the upmost and needs addressing . The hotel could be 5 ☆ if these issues were addressed .

Do not go here if you have a family. I am currently here and the pool is freezing and the waterslide is not open. It’s disappointing. I came here with my kids so that they could have a swimming holiday. The food is very good and the people are very nice. The facilities are pretty, but it is not good for swimming.

We have just returned from two weeks at the Miramare Beach Hotel. We were a family of 5 adults in three rooms. Two were side sea view and my youngest son seemed to get an upgrade to a sea view room. All rooms were very spacious, include a fridge that is restocked daily, a coffee machine, robe & slippers, balcony and bathroom toiletries. Beds were quite hard and did give us a bit of backache, but several pillows supplied for you to choose from. We ate at the Italian A La Carte which was lovely. Food in buffet was good and everyone always found something to eat. Three of us became unwell with sickness and diarrhoea after Fish Night in the buffet. Unsure if something they ate or a bug they all picked up. Always managed to get a sun-bed, not always by pool but plenty on beach. Sea was lovely and so warm. Enjoyed the water slides. Did have some language problems as not that many English staying there, but generally managed to get what we wanted. Cocktails were hit and miss, definitely the worst Mojito I have ever had from the Sunset bar. Overall we enjoyed our holiday.
