Location for this hotel is lovely. The rooms are super and the whole property is amazing. The best part of the property is the staff amazing manager and the rest of staff is as good as the breakfast. Nice ambience super staff magic. Lovely property

Such a pleasent experience . Beautiful clean hotel, lovely stuff and comfortable beach. Delicious breakfast We had a beautiful calm weekend at the hotel. I am 6 months pregnant, it was very easy to acces to the beach, now we booked a week for my parents.

Çok genç çalışanlar ile minimum standartta hizmet vermeye çalışıyorlardı. Tek öğün olarak kahvaltı olmasına rağmen bir butik otel titizliği hissetmedik. Bina güzel, oda temiz. Sahildeki küçücük alana bile bakan biri yoktu. Özetle gözlerimiz buraya göz kulak olan birini aradı.. Tekrar tercih edeceğimizi sanmam.

Ataturk'un konakladigi, O'nun izlerini tasiyan bu muhtesem otelde her an O'nu hissedeceksiniz. Muhtesem tarihi dekorasyonu, olaganustu konforu ve dokusuna asik olmamak imkansiz! Rapa restorantta ise Sef Ramazan Bilgi ekibiyle harikalar yaratiyor! Kahvaltisindan aksam yemegine kadar her yudumda imzasini tasiyan menusunu denemeden cesmeden donmeyin! Kokteyllerde Kenan bey tum dunyadan izleri kadehinize kendi yorumuyla tasiyor. Yonetim kadrosundan tum ekip arkadaslarina kadar muazzam bir iletisim goreceksiniz. Hepsine ayri ayri tesekkur ederim. Sadece tatil degil, unutulmaz bir deneyim yasayacaksiniz.

Pésima atención, aire acondicionado no funcionaba, la pieza cuando llegamos no estaba preparada y el wifi no funciona!!! Llegamos en la noche y nadie nos dio un ecolocación de lo mal que funciona el hotel. Tenga cuidado no vaya!!! Nadie tiene interés en atenderlo y no hablan inglés o español

Отдыхали в отеле в августе 2022, забронировав номер суперлюкс за 1,5 месяца на букинге. Приехали, заселились без проблем, номер удивил: просторная ванная комната с душевой кабиной и ванной, а также большим окном и видом на море; удобная кровать, новая кофемашина неспрессо, все чистое светлое, полотенца, халаты, хорошая уходовая косметика и принадлежности для гигиены полости рта. Очень чисто и очень красиво! Пляж отличный, выдают полотенца, правда на пляж приходили не только постояльцы отеля, но это не мешало. Дно в море песочное, плавать очень приятно. После 18 часов пляжную зону демонтируют в ресторанную, куда стекаются местные, поужинать свежими морепродуктами, в ресторане ажиотаж и очень вкусно! И всё вроде бы прекрасно, если бы не персонал, испортивший идеальное впечатление о поездке. На ресепшене сидит несколько администраторов (2) и только 1 человек на весь отель говорит по-английски. Уточню: бронировали отель мы в июле то есть за 1,5 месяца до поездки. При заезде нас проводили в номер, через 15 минут приходит администратор - девушка с чёрными волосами- и говорит, что нам нужно доплатить 40 евро за 1 сутки проживания (мы приезжали только на 1 ночь), так как цены при бронировании в июле ниже, чем в августе (в высокий сезон). Приносит распечатанный листок бронирования с изначальной ценой и стикер, где ручкой написано 40 евро. ????? Проведя некоторое время за стойкой, выясняя почему изменилась цена, нам заявили, что с букингом они не работают (??? как мы тогда забронировали номер????) и показывает график цен. Менеджера нет, позвонить ему нельзя. Ни объяснений, ни извинений: "That`s our price" и всё. При чём это в евро, а в лирах с нас требовали еще больше еврового эквивалента, короче что к чему мы так и не поняли. Доплатили 40 евро, поужинали в ресторане, сходили на массаж и уехали. Кстати массаж на 6,5/10 - не советую, ужин в ресторане очень вкусный - советую. Завтрак - 7/10.

Eşimle birlikte çok keyifli bir konaklama yaşadık. Tarihi dokusu ve oda temizliği güzeldi. Herşeyden önce zamanında Atatürk'ün yürüdüğü koridorlarda yürümek bile başka bir haz. Otelin ambiyansi sahane. Personel ilgili. Sakinliği çok hoşumuza gitti. Dinlendik.Bu yaz mutlaka geleceğiz .
