I reserved the Toroomba resort for the accommodation of 4 adults, one couple and two children aged 18 and 20 years, and the reservation was made for the period from 9 to 13 October 2022 in the full pension and deluxe accommodation scheme. However, when we arrived at the hotel we were surprised by a room below what we had booked all mosquito, full of insect and a bathroom feding to the waste. The most I asked during the reservation was to take care of a moffled room and unfortunately when we arrived in the room was just moffy. We went to the reception and they came there and said that there was no room more than the hotel was full. I asked how we would stay and we were devoting from us and they talked that the only option is that room and ready or then I would look for another hotel ( treating us with irony and total lack of respect for the client) We arrived at 12:00, where I paid the rest of the missing and I went to lunch while cleaning the room. Our nor can we eat the foods exposed mosquito by putting the girl of the ice cream by shaking the bottom of the packaging food of very poor quality and total lack of hygiene without talking about the refrigerants .... she opens a bottle and casts inside a drum that The hotel is a wide range of waters that are not available for the users. After all, we tried to get in agreement with the hotel to return the money and they said that he was not like, and I paid 80% of the trip a year ago and the rest 20% in the hosting. There after 4 hours of total stress returned were 60% of the value and the rest stayed in the hotel I could be unconcerned that they would pay me and until today the hotel did not fulfill his word and did not pay me I was hurt and I still was in the loss I called several times and they said that you wanted to go to justice... totally unrespect and lack of respect for the client... I felt hurt and we were sad and embarrassed with the attitude of the hotel...

It is a little away from the center, but in a good area of good bars and restaurants, moving day and night. Excellent cost-benefit, with highlights for good pool with cascade, bar service and very good breakfast and excellent breakfast. Clean, spacious, with simple bed and bathroom but new and clean, functional air, fridge and shower, good balcony with table and chairs, with sea view. I didn't spend the weekend but I didn't hear noise in the night except the cars passing on the edge Avenue.The hotel is old but well preserved, clean and ventilated.

Excellent hotel. We feel very well served. The rooms are perfect. Large. Super comfortable. with table and chairs. Tele plasma. air conditioning. safe. If you criticize something would be just the bathroom. Although it is broad, I think there was a bad choice in the decoration of their pads. They look dirty but it's the same design. It's not very nice but you get used to it. And a detail is they serve shampoo in the amending. Food is excellent. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The Moon and Sea hostel is a charm, 150 metres from the Millionary Beach, with internal parking, and I leave here a tip, careful with the car's roof baggage. The green is dominated by a beautiful garden with a large amount of Desert Roses and air orchids, and is already in the indoor of the hostel with a natural inclusion experience. The hotel has 25 units between flats and houses for families, some with views to the pool. Our super comfortable room, with cable TV, fridge, air conditioning, internet, balcony with network and spacious bathroom. All staff are very nice, always have a lunch box at the reception, and the guest serves lunches and drinks. Wake up in this hostel with the birds singing, I was a little disappointed with breakfast, I had already read so many praises in Google's recommendations and my own, I didn't have much luck, I think it was a laps. The museum of the house of Jorge Amado, the old Cabare Bataclán, the bar Vesuvio, the cathedral of São Sebastião are in average 6 km away. Jorge Amado Airport is only 2 km and the road station is 9 km, good price, careful staff and excellent cost-benefit, we can say we recommend! The place is a cool place, I went with my family and we stayed in the banjo in front of the beach, there's a lot of nature around it, they accept pets and have several foolish chickens walking through the hostel, cats and dogs. The staff are pleasant and educated. The receptionist, Liz, is a lovely one and has treated us very well from our arrival to our exit! Suggestions: improve breakfast, because you really have left a lot of to desire! At 9 a.m. I had almost nothing to eat, the food is over and it is not replacing, and unfortunately that was a negative point, which we could not stop saying. There was a very strong rain during our stay, the Bangalore had some drops, one of them above bed, and another point I think is very important is the operation during the night and morning. I had to talk to the hostel at 00:00 and I could not get it at all, I passed a shock, and another suggestion is to put a ration and water dinner for the kids, cats and dogs they joy the hostel! I particularly loved Bob and the kittens... ..and, at the end of that, it's a good cost benefit and a very pleasant place.

Hotel adjacent to the sea, with good facilities and educated staff, offers a good experience, but it can improve in some aspects. Although it is at the sea side, it does not offer a beach service; the apartment is wide and comfortable, but the lighting is weak and the balcony was without light; the water from the bathroom tower was dirty (maybe by the strong rain), obliged the use of mineral water for oral hygiene; the breakfast items were not rested (café from 6:30 at 10:30 - at 8:30 had already finished, for example, one of the items and we were informed that ”end, it has no more”); the restaurant had items in the cardapio with missing ingredients and dishes that the attendant did not know, as well as missing basic items, such as saches for lunches. These disadvantages, however, did not prevent us from enjoying a good experience, by the beauty of the place and the friendlyness of the staff.

Gostaria de dar um feedback visando melhorias sobre alguns pontos que percebi durante a minha hospedagem e das minhas filhas. Primeiramente gostaria de parabenizar pela equipe de funcionários que trabalham no hotel. Pessoas simpáticas e prestativas . Sempre se esforçando para resolver as questões que estavam ao alcance delas. Porém aconteceram algumas coisas que eu gostaria de relatar: No nosso quarto 108 não tínhamos wifi. A todo momento tínhamos de sair para poder utilizar a internet. E ficamos sabendo que não era só no nosso quarto. Isto foi conversado com a recepção e eles conversaram com vc pois eu estava presente. E não foi resolvido Como o hotel fica localizado numa praia no meio da estrada não há muitas possibilidades de restaurantes próximos portanto acho necessário ampliar as possibilidades no seu cardápio que é muito restrita. Em alguns momentos fiz escolhas que não foram atendidas pois escutei que o fornecedor não entregou. E um vez no almoço eu escutei do cozinheiro que ele não iria fazer o filé parmegiana que eu pedi. E no meu último dia , eu fui pedir o almoço e só tinha carne seca e moqueca. Isso é muito sério. Quando chegamos , a piscina estava com a água turva .. achei aquilo normal pois achei que os azulejos da piscina eram escuros. Mas depois de dois dias a piscina estava limpa porque eu soube que um hóspede reclamou. Um dia fomos ao banheiro externo a minha filha não quis entrar. Sujo, cheio de bichos . A pia do lado de fora com sabonete líquido dentro de uma garrafa de água. Tinha barata no quarto. Não tem TV a cabo e a qualidade da imagem é péssima ... Não tem nenhum lazer..

Péssima hospedagem, mal cuidada e mal administrada. Proprietário trata muito mal os hospedes e funcionários. Café da manhã de péssima qualidade, quarto horrível com mofo nas paredes, colchão com molas estouradas e roupa de cama remendada e manchada. Chuveiros com problemas onde a agua saia em conta gotas e banheiro mofado também. Tive muitos problemas com eles tentei resolver porem não fui atendido. Depois de muito desentendimento tentei cancelar minha hospedagem onde fui impedido por causa da Hurb. Achei um absurdo me sujeitar a passar por maus tratos do proprietário e ainda ter que ficar em um quarto horrível e ainda pagar por isso. É inaceitável um consumidor ser obrigado a passar por uma situação dessas. Me arrependo amargamente de contratar o serviço da Hurb onde em nenhum momento tentou me ajudar ou resolver meu problema porque oque eles alegavam é que só poderiam cancelar a hospedagem caso o proprietário da hospedagem autoriza-se. Chega até ser ridículo isso porque se eu tenho um problema/desentendimento com a pousada é obvio que eles não iriam autorizar o cancelamento. Não recomendo a pousada nem a Hurb para meu pior inimigo. Fujam deles pessoal.

Pousada muito acolhedora, o lugar ideal para quem procura fugir do agito e ter dias de descanso pleno. Está localizada no distrito de Olivença, pertencente à Ilhéus. É difícil conseguir uber e outros serviços de mobilidade por apps aqui mas esses mesmos são oferecidos por moradores. Aves que vivem nas florestas aos arredores, como arara azul e canários vêm à pousada e praticamente interagem vom os hospedes. Possui piscina, sala de jogos, otimas camas, quartos equipdos com ar condicionado e frigobar, o chuveiro é quentinho e tem uma grande vantagem por estar localizada em Olivença, onde praticamente não há violência e roubos e onde o pessoal local é acolhedor. Locais próximos: Igreja da Escada, Balneário Tororomba (vizinho à pousada), restaurante Gulas e Goles (recomendo), casa de Jorge e Nacib, praia de Batuba, aldeia indígena Igalha etc. O ponto negativo está em fazer a cobrança da estadia no check in mas esta é uma prática local que precisa ser respeitada. Recomendo fortemente a pousada.

E não foi resolvido Como o hotel fica localizado numa praia no meio da estrada não há muitas possibilidades de restaurantes próximos portanto acho necessário ampliar as possibilidades no seu cardápio que é muito restrita. Em alguns momentos fiz escolhas que não foram atendidas pois escutei que o fornecedor não entregou. E um vez no almoço eu escutei do cozinheiro que ele não iria fazer o filé parmegiana que eu pedi. E no meu último dia , eu fui pedir o almoço e só tinha carne seca e moqueca. Isso é muito sério. Quando chegamos , a piscina estava com a água turva .. achei aquilo normal pois achei que os azulejos da piscina eram escuros. Mas depois de dois dias a piscina estava limpa porque eu soube que um hóspede reclamou. Um dia fomos ao banheiro externo a minha filha não quis entrar. Sujo, cheio de bichos . A pia do lado de fora com sabonete líquido dentro de uma garrafa de água. Tinha barata no quarto. Não tem TV a cabo e a qualidade da imagem é péssima ... Não tem nenhum lazer..

Depois de muito desentendimento tentei cancelar minha hospedagem onde fui impedido por causa da Hurb. Achei um absurdo me sujeitar a passar por maus tratos do proprietário e ainda ter que ficar em um quarto horrível e ainda pagar por isso. É inaceitável um consumidor ser obrigado a passar por uma situação dessas. Me arrependo amargamente de contratar o serviço da Hurb onde em nenhum momento tentou me ajudar ou resolver meu problema porque oque eles alegavam é que só poderiam cancelar a hospedagem caso o proprietário da hospedagem autoriza-se. Chega até ser ridículo isso porque se eu tenho um problema/desentendimento com a pousada é obvio que eles não iriam autorizar o cancelamento. Não recomendo a pousada nem a Hurb para meu pior inimigo. Fujam deles pessoal.
