Péssima hospedagem, mal cuidada e mal administrada. Proprietário trata muito mal os hospedes e funcionários. Café da manhã de péssima qualidade, quarto horrível com mofo nas paredes, colchão com molas estouradas e roupa de cama remendada e manchada. Chuveiros com problemas onde a agua saia em conta gotas e banheiro mofado também. Tive muitos problemas com eles tentei resolver porem não fui atendido. Depois de muito desentendimento tentei cancelar minha hospedagem onde fui impedido por causa da Hurb. Achei um absurdo me sujeitar a passar por maus tratos do proprietário e ainda ter que ficar em um quarto horrível e ainda pagar por isso. É inaceitável um consumidor ser obrigado a passar por uma situação dessas. Me arrependo amargamente de contratar o serviço da Hurb onde em nenhum momento tentou me ajudar ou resolver meu problema porque oque eles alegavam é que só poderiam cancelar a hospedagem caso o proprietário da hospedagem autoriza-se. Chega até ser ridículo isso porque se eu tenho um problema/desentendimento com a pousada é obvio que eles não iriam autorizar o cancelamento. Não recomendo a pousada nem a Hurb para meu pior inimigo. Fujam deles pessoal.

Although it is at the sea side, it does not offer a beach service; the apartment is wide and comfortable, but the lighting is weak and the balcony was without light; the water from the bathroom tower was dirty (maybe by the strong rain), obliged the use of mineral water for oral hygiene; the breakfast items were not rested (café from 6:30 at 10:30 - at 8:30 had already finished, for example, one of the items and we were informed that ”end, it has no more”); the restaurant had items in the cardapio with missing ingredients and dishes that the attendant did not know, as well as missing basic items, such as saches for lunches. These disadvantages, however, did not prevent us from enjoying a good experience, by the beauty of the place and the friendlyness of the staff.

The Moon and Sea hostel is a charm, 150 metres from the Millionary Beach, with internal parking, and I leave here a tip, careful with the car's roof baggage. Wake up in this hostel with the birds singing, I was a little disappointed with breakfast, I had already read so many praises in Google's recommendations and my own, I didn't have much luck, I think it was a laps. The museum of the house of Jorge Amado, the old Cabare Bataclán, the bar Vesuvio, the cathedral of São Sebastião are in average 6 km away. Jorge Amado Airport is only 2 km and the road station is 9 km, good price, careful staff and excellent cost-benefit, we can say we recommend! Overall a fantastic experience. Amenities including pool and restaurant was great with a fantastic range for breakfast. Special shouout to staff who were friendly and especially the reception manager Juss who looked after my partner very well and accompanied us when she fell ill and had to go to the emergency medical clinical.

The hotel has a good structure. Comfortable room, excellent child area, beautiful garden. But, I was in retirement, whoever wants to take soneca after lunch if you are in the room can forget. O hotel é ótimo, funcionários extremamente simpáticos, todos eles, nas diversas atividades. O hotel é limpo, os quartos são amplos e com todo o mobiliário novo. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. O quarto oferece uma mini-cozinha com o que se precisa para que não se gaste com refeições nos restaurantes. A mini-cozinha conta com fogão por indução e panelas apropriadas, além dos demais utensílios necessários; Há cafeteira, sanduicheira e liquidificador. A geladeira é duplex, super nova e limpa. A localização do hotel é perfeita: De frente para a Catedral, a poucos passos do Bar Vesúvio, Teatro Municipal, Bataclã museu onde viveu Jorge Amado e todo o comércio. A localização é tão perfeita que ao fazer contato com uma agência de turismo para realizar um city tour, o agente de turismo disse que estando no Ilheus Praia Hotel, eu não teria necessidade de pagar city tour, pois já estava ao lado de tudo o que eles mostrariam. Antes de reservar estadia no Ilheus Praia, me coloquei em dúvida pela inexistência de piscina e estacionamento próprio, mas não me arrependi, pois passeava muito pelas praias e é ampla a oferta de vagas de estacionamento público ao redor do hotel. Reservei o hotel para ficar de 22 a 26/08/2024 e acabei estendendo até 28/08/2024. O RESTAURANTE DO HOTEL É TERCEIRIZADO você pode optar por não tomar café da manhã nele, que é cobrado à parte. O atendimento é ruim, apesar dos pratos serem bons. Creio ser uma questão de gerência em organizar os trabalhos. Funcionários não são simpáticos e demonstram incômodo se vc pedir algo. Não limpam e recolhem loças e talheres sujos da mesa enquanto você não sair. Me parece que é uma crítica constante e espero que a gerência do hotel providencie mudanças no comportamento de seus parceiros de negócio.
