VELINN Pousada Villa Caiçara

Location of the inn is great, everything is close by, everything is really great location. The inn is very good, the breakfast is wonderful and the staff are all top 10, I intend to come back again to enjoy it with my children…………………………… ………………..

We stayed at Villa Caiçara for 3 nights and the stay was excellent! We had already been to this inn a few times and this time we opted for a luxury room, which has a desk for work and is located on the main interior side of the inn. The guesthouse is very well located in the Perequê neighborhood, one block from the beach and also very close to Narwhal, where we were going diving on Saturday. The inn is well renovated and the room we stayed in was excellent, renovated, with a very good bathroom and showers, a comfortable bed, air conditioning that worked perfectly and a closet that served us well. It is also very wide! The service was very good, from the reception by the party attendant Gilberto, to the service from Luana, who stays during the day. The only point to highlight is the total lack of flexibility with late check-out, even for 1 hour beyond the 12 pm time. The structure of the inn is also very good, with a swimming pool, barbecue area, large breakfast area, with air conditioning and comfortable tables. The breakfast is excellent: juices, fruits, breads, yogurt and a tapioca option that we ended up not ordering. It has parking in front and across the street. We always get a place. The rooms were very clean and the internet worked perfectly. We worked on Friday and it was perfect, without fluctuations. I recommend the inn! We loved our stay!

Very family-friendly guesthouse, in this type of accommodation I base almost my entire rating on the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Room was very clean and so was the bathroom, good bed and mattress, view from the room to a wall next to the window. The inn has a leisure space with a swimming pool, but I didn't get to use it any of the days. plz breakfast is ok. It is close to the beach, which is also where I used the bike path and the walking trail, both very good, there are several restaurants nearby, and the coast in this area is beautiful. The reception service was very good.

The inn is good, well located, polite staff, good breakfast. But it is not accessible and the owner wanted to send us away because of our son who uses a wheelchair. I had a horrible experience as soon as I arrived: when I arrived I asked the owner who was at the counter at the time if she had an accessible room. My surprise was that it wasn't available, nor was it the fact that it wasn't available, the inn simply isn't accessible. If it was “just” that would be ok, but when I said that my eldest son is in a wheelchair, the owner clearly wanted to send us away, said that there was no way to receive us and sent us to another one, which had a horrible location, super far away. We decided to go back and I said that my reservation was paid, it was non-refundable and that I would stay there. She put up all possible obstacles, said that the bathroom had a narrow door; that the quadruple room was on the second floor; I said we could stay in the triple room and she said there was no availability, but during the week I saw the room available all the time. She tried to push until we paid for two rooms, anyway, if she had shown us from the beginning what it was like, we wouldn't even have moved to another inn. We stayed in the room, my husband took my 45kg son on his lap to go up the stairs. Furthermore, they do not follow federal decree 5,296/2004

Impeccable cleaning Reception and friendliness of staff without defects. Exceptionally polite and helpful. Wonderful breakfast, everything done with quality. Spectacular cakes and divine mini croissants. We will definitely be back.

The inn is fantastic, everything is perfect, cleanliness, breakfast, location, comfort, pool, beauty and especially the service, as the people are friendly, very polite and we always feel welcomed, Milena is lovely, she took great care of us good. This is our fourth stay and we intend to return🥰👏
