The place was beautiful scenery superb, staff all so friendly, my tiny issue was the game drive the driver didn’t interact with us and that made the drive boring other than that, the purpose of the trip was fulfilled

What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at the lodge. He staff were amazing also they went over and above to make our special occasion absolutely memorable. We booked the spa and stay for 2 nights. It was value for money. The ladies at the spa did an outstanding job to make us comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful.... Equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was clean and comfortable. Overall if you looking for a quick stay with your partner, this is your place. It is a cut off from the world.

The venue was great, service was great, food was excellent. The location for business was a bit far from everything. I believe that depending on the type of business want would do will determine if this venue is applicable. I loved it but it was far from my business venues.

What a divine spot close to Durban, well worth the visit, staff were great as was the food and attention to detail, loved the tent in the trees.

It was a wonderful stay at the Rain Farm. The day started off with a hick - up with the spa booking, but Natasha sorted it out very quickly. One thing maybe to mention to the guests staying around the Giraffe that there is a crocodile in the dam. We allowed the girls to walk around the dam and would not have done so if we knew about the crocodile.

Clean, comfortabe. Good food! Dams a winner for the men. Pool and play area for the children very good. love the outside showers. Communication with booking direct with Rain Farm, without any issues! 5th time staying there.

My daughter and I went for a mother/daughter getaway and planned to use the spa on arrival before relaxing for the evening and then having a game drive in the morning. We checked the spa menu and were excited to book some treatments and the sauna. We specifically went during the week so the place was quiet. When we arrived we were told thay the spa is closed on a Tuesday afternoon. If we had known this we would have booked on another day. The room was clean and comfortable but... there was no hot water! So the amazing roll top bath could not be used and we waited till after 11:00pm for the game ranger (maintenance didn't reapond) to come and attend to the fault. We only had hot water the next morning. The staff were friendly and food was amazing. It's just a pity that we could not use the spa facilities or relax in a bath in the evening..

It was an absolute pleasure staying the night at rain farm. Our room was amazing, the staff absolutely amazing from Janine who was such a great host to Esme who took us on our amazing game drive with excellent insight about the various animals that we saw along the way. Breakfast and dinner was a delight with such great ambience and our massage was as relaxing as it was advertised. Overall I would give rain farm an 11/10 for excellent accommodation, staff, food, atmosphere and so much more! A beautiful place to visit. Will definitely visit again

It was wonderful to meet up at such a beautiful spot to reunite with family we haven't seen for 4 years. The rooms, food and game drive were to the highest standard. We will definitly visit again. The only downer was the electricity cuts, which meant the room got extremely warm in the late evening.
