Worst hotel in Paris. I normally dont complaint but these are the worst and ****** hotel services i have ever been. This is supposed to be one of the most luxurious and newest hotels in Paris but turn out to be worse.
When we arrived, bellman did not help us with the bag, but instead, they went to help some white lady. Well, that's fine for me. I can manage. Come to check in, the reception just not happy shows us his grumpy face. Enter the rooms with empty bottles of bodygel and handsoap and no toothbrush or slippers. The design of the shower room without door or curtain and the best part; your housekeeping enter the room early morning without knocking and go out after i shout at him. (Without apologies from him).
Lastly, come to breakfast, they put all asian at behind the curtain at one corner. When i wanted to sit at the open spot, they told me the session closed, but when i questioned them why other white ppl could sit there, they just say now its closed.
When i spoke to their Duty Manager, she kept apologising, but nothing much she could do. Well, shame on Accor groups, we try Novotel Paris the second night and no air conditioning 😂 so bad luck, huh? At least they change our room late at night. I can see how screw up your management... the last time i'm using Accor group hotels. At this century, there are still such attitudes in the hospitality industry, shame on your team and managements.
P.S. Everywhere i go in Paris is super lovely and friendly. Just dont bother to go to any of these hotels. Waste of time and money.
