私は代理で親族の部屋を予約しており、 当日親族がお部屋に行くと なぜか鍵がすでに開いており、トイレに大便が残されていた。 後日私が問い合わせると、お泊まりのお客様がいるお部屋は清掃後に鍵を開けていると伝えられたが、 同じ日に泊まった他の親族2組は どちらも鍵が閉まった状態で部屋が用意されていた。 なぜ女性従業員の方は嘘をついたのか？ そしてチェックアウトから3日も経っているのに 原因はなんだったのかまだ確認していない状態だった。 粗品としてチェックアウトの時に親族がお菓子などいただいたそうだが 賞味期限が近いので食べてくださいなどと言われて渡されたそうだ。 廃棄処分予定のものを渡すか？あり得ないとつくづく感じた。 今後このような不快な思いをするお客さんがいないことを祈ります。

ホテルの名前の通り、朝の景色は最高でした！海からの光を浴びることができ、頭が冴える。朝食付きでしたが、夕食付きにもしたかったです。朝食は鯵のみりん干し、島豆腐、イキイキ納豆と壱岐の名産が入っており、ご飯を3杯も食べましたよ～。夕食は、磯遊び懐石が美味しいそうで、楽しそうでした。生きたものを目の前で焼いて食べるのは豪快ですね！次回は食べたいです。また、タクシーが中々来なかったので、急遽支配人の息子さん？が送ってくれました。非常に良いホテルですね。また宿泊したいです。

お食事美味しい。お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。スタッフの対応も良い。お風呂に露天がないことだけが残念。ホテルで釣り竿を借りて夕食に出してくれるのがありがたかった。
