■ Reservation Yahoo Travel, [2 meals] beef steak is the main! I made a reservation with a plan called ”Rei (Uruwashi) Kaiseki” plan (up to 2 people ~ group). -■ Location Environment around Is it just the center of the hot spring town? The river is flowing in front of you. -■ Parking Lot It is a large blue sky parking lot next to the car. -■ Appearance It is a magnificent appearance, a magnificent building. -■ The woman who picked me up at the entrance kindly responded. -■ The hotel (lobby, corridor, vending machine, restaurant, large communal bath) The lobby is large and clean. The corridor is also large. There are also vending machines and shops. The restaurant was on the first floor. It is spacious and clean. The large communal bath was on the first floor and the top floor. I didn't go to the large communal bath on the top floor. The large communal bath on the first floor was very good with three types of indoor and open-air baths. -■ Indoor (view, size, bed, bath, amenities, pajamas) It was a room with a river view. The view is very nice with mountains and rivers. There is no problem with the size. The futon was thin. It was like a little old futon. There was also a bath in the room, but I didn't use it. Amenity and pajamas are also available. -■ Dinner was very delicious. There are many kind and polite staff. -■ I didn't eat any night meals. -■ Breakfast is very delicious and satisfying. -■ Customer service and service were very polite, the staff were solid, and I had the impression that many young people were. Foreigners were also solid. -■ Accounting The accommodation fee was convenient for the previous accounting online. The local accounting was also a bright accounting. -■ See you off. I received handmade accessories. Great. -■ Stores and others - Rank score 1. Luxury (highest, luxury) 2. High-end (high-end) 100 points 3. Middle (middle) 4. Economy (normal) 5. Budget (low fee) 6. First time staying here for one night. I will list the good points and the points I noticed. ■Good points (1) Excellent hospitality On the day of our stay, we had a group of students on a school excursion. The school excursion was postponed, and it coincided with our stay. I received a phone call in advance and had a proper explanation. Also, the bathing hours and breakfast and dinner venues were separate from those of the students on the school trip, so there were no particular problems during our stay. After the C/O, three people from the lodging facility kindly saw us off until the car departed. We had breakfast and dinner in a separate room, and we had the same waitress, but she was very friendly. I could feel the hospitality. (2) Spacious bath There are two indoor baths, including a bubble bath, and an open-air bath and a cave bath outside. Only the indoor bath is available at night, but you can enter even at night. As expected, it is not as large as a certain facility in Takaragawa Onsen (Gunma Prefecture), but it is large enough to accommodate a sufficient number of people. I don't like hot water, but the temperature of the open-air bath was just right. It was good hot water. (3) Feeling clean The room smelled of rush and was very clean. I didn't mind dust at all. There was only one small caterpillar, but it can't be helped because it's a place full of nature. It was just the right size and comfortable for two people to use. (4) Smoking rooms Recently, there are many non-smoking rooms at hot spring inns, but I was very grateful that there were smoking rooms. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the number one requirement when choosing an accommodation facility. The accommodation is also smoker friendly. ■ Points I noticed (1) Response of foreign staff Just before the date of stay, I received a confirmation call from the accommodation facility. I called back around 19:00, but a man who seemed to be a foreigner answered the phone with a little broken words. I don't know, so I was told to call again after 8 o'clock tomorrow, and there was no further word (listen to my name and contact information, tell me that there was a call, I will contact you again tomorrow, etc.). bottom. At this time, I contacted him again the next day and the conversation ended. Then, the morning of the next day of our stay. I had a question about the morning market and stopped by the front desk, but unfortunately the staff was not there. After waiting for a while, a blunt man with no smile came from the store. From the tone of his voice, I knew immediately that he was the same person who answered the phone call. It's not at an unpleasant level, but the telephone and front desk are the face of the hotel, so I felt that the impression would be better if they responded with a little more smile. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. It is one of the accommodation facilities that I would definitely like to repeat again. In addition, compared to other accommodation facilities in the same hot spring, it is a little farther to the morning market, but I think it is just right for a walk. I was wearing clogs, so it took about 15 minutes one way. You can also go in your yukata.

Breakfast and dinner are good hot springs. There are many choices. You can book the tickets for Starry Sky Land at the counter with pick-up and drop-off. It is a 5-minute walk from the bus station. If the hotel has free pick-up and drop-off, the hotel will send it to the bus stop on the return trip. The counter and the driver are very friendly. Good to help us determine the location of the stop sign again and again. Although the hotel staff had poor English and communication difficulties, but they were very enthusiastic, because there were not many shuttle buses in the countryside and the routes were complicated. The transfer station outside, directly sent us to the expressway transfer station 5km away. It is so considerate. Although the hotel is an old brand, the environmental sanitation is well maintained. It is the hotel where the Emperor visited Hiujin Hot Spring and stayed in. You can imagine the past glory.

The location is accessible from the Kanto region to the central road Iida Yamamoto IC and from the Nagoya area to the sonohara IC in 10 minutes. It was late 11, so I thought of safety and installed a snow tire and visited. The hotel lends mat and cold clothes for starry sky observation for a fee. There are many inn and each accommodation plan in this hot spring village. There was also a plan with a starry sky tour in this hotel. I applied for a starry sky tour from the inn. The number of tours is limited because you use the gondola to the place to observe. Unfortunately, I entered the hot spring that canceled the tour of the cloudy sky. I decided to look forward to the next starry sky because it was a thick cloud that gradually saw the moon from the open-air bath. The room and hot springs were clean. The next morning, the windshield was frost, so I parked the car in the direction of Asahi. The hotel's accommodation plan allows you to book a mountain hut-like light use, a luxurious meal plan and additional dishes in advance.

A very suitable location for watching stars. I originally planned to see the stars in Azhi Village Sky Paradise, but on the way to the hotel, I found that this place is more suitable for watching stars. There is no light damage. I can see a lot more stars than usual, and some small stars can also see it. Outside the hotel is a lake, surrounded by the lake with net beds, chairs, stargazing platforms, etc.; here is the hotel, but there is also a rental camping location outside. You can also play fireworks nearby at night. A very good environment, but the access control is too early at 10 pm... The room is large and sleeps very comfortably. There are dried fruit snacks and you can take a bath until 10 pm at night.

I chose this hotel for Viking purposes. The whole hotel is good with a sense of calmness. The customer service of the employee is good. The room is the standard that is said to be a resort hotel, and the room level of a beautiful business hotel is bad. There is no safe, but there is something else that is necessary, there is air conditioner, and there is a unit bus, but there was no inconvenience. By the way, there is an electronic lock locker that is about the extent that a smartphone or wallet is put in 1F instead of a safe. The hot spring in the large bath was an alkaline simple spring and heated circulation, so I didn't expect it, but it was not bad. The feeling of inner hot water and open-air bath is different. The open-air bath is a little hot, and there is a feeling of trotro and feels like a beautiful skin hot water. The inner bath was slightly warmer than the open-air bath and did not feel the trotro feeling, but when it is near the hot water mouth at the foot, it feels pushed by the wave and bubbles are also attached. It is unknown whether it is a bubble by hot springs. The shower is a time stop water plug, but the time when hot water flows is too short. I think the room is good if you wash your body, but there is a shower booth in the public bath and you can flush hot water, so you don't feel stress when you wash your body there. I was satisfied with myself as a main dinner buffet but I liked steak. The steak baked in the live kitchen, of course, the brand pig and other meat dishes were delicious, and the meat dishes were not tired. I don't have meat of baked meat or fried food, so I think it's great without demonstrating and feeling. Of course, there is no other dishes, and desserts are not in other Vikings. However, there are few types of drinks. But I was not dissatisfied at all. Breakfast is the Viking level of the inn. If you want to eat full-fledged meat, not Winner or that, is it just curry? It was a good hotel overall. It's a bit far, but I decided to make this hotel if I wanted to eat a lot of steak. There were some drawbacks, but I would make ★ 5 because the service was flexible.

This Ryokan was perfectly situated: very near the station but not too close. What I loved about this Ryokan was that it was a modern, chic version of an old Japanese Ryokan. My room was light, fresh and spacious. The Ryokan was new, 2 years old, so it had the mod cons whilst being very aware of being eco friendly. As to be expected in Japan it was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly attentive. Although not fluent in English, they made every attempt to communicate through Google translate etc. I felt very welcomed here. I highly recommend this Ryokan and would definitely return.

Excellent, clean and modern hotel, with simple and understated Japanese aesthetic and upscale design with many warm woods, in an interesting and very quiet older section of Nakatsugawa near the train station. Stayed here two nights. We went in our friend's car and there is parking provided nearby. Perfect base for your Nakasendo Trail/Old Post Towns. After we checked-in, we drove over to the nearby castle ruins for a quick hike and views. Professional and friendly staff, but as some English was limited when we were there, it is best to have your language app as a helpful tool. They need more information available in English print, especially since tourism is back and Japan is on the to-go, must-see list of many travelers. My bed was very comfortable and the private bathroom was perfect, with a wonderful shower that was great to use after a long day of hiking. A friend of mine used the Spa/Public Bath and loved it. There are good hotel free toiletries including great lotions, etc in the lobby area complimentary. They change the towels each day if you put yours in the bag provided at the door. For our day trip to Magome/Tsumago, we took our car to Magome and then hiked from Magome to Tsumago roundtrip and had a wonderful time! It was a pleasure to come back to a clean and simple yet modern hotel. While it is close to some restaurants, everything books quicker on the weekend due to the fact that many chefs only want to have enough food and not waste food, so suggest calling ahead to reserve. The hotel staff will give you suggestions and hopefully the restaurants will be available. If you have wheels you can drive out further from this section of town to the large supermarket or other restaurants. And if you are in Magome or Tsumago there are plenty of food choices for lunch and snacks. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and with good choices! Delicious! Of note, the Japanese tradition of shoes removal begins soon after you enter the hotel. Lockers for shoes are provided in lobby. They provide ”socks” (in the room, as I recall in your amenity bag, and there might have been ”slippers” ) but the beautiful wood floors in the public areas downstairs sometimes can be slippery. (This hotel needs additional photos for its TripAdvisor page. These current TripAdvisor photos do not present enough of the hotel, so google the hotel online for more photos. I currently see three photos.) Maybe just a few things to iron out over time as it is a newer hotel. They are trying and doing a good job and are very gracious and hospitable. We were even able to bring in our food we picked up for dinner and eat in the dining area on a night we were not able to get a restaurant. Excellent value for the money.

QQuest80582910 minutes from the high-speed bus stop IgA Ryo bus stop. There is no convenience store around the hotel There is a Nishi friend between the bus stop and the hotel, so there is a drink or shopping there. The hotel is new and checked in on the first floor. If you book in Rakuten Travel in advance, you will be able to confirm and sign the address on the reservation monitor. You will be polite and polite to tell us how to use the hotel in detail. There are pillows, room clothes and other amenities next to the elevator, so take what you need to go to the room. The elevator is 1, but there is no feeling of waiting. There is no room key, and the receipt number received at the front desk is entered and opened. Be careful because you don't forget the number. The room is quite large, queen size bed, large TV, spacious desk and outlet 2 easy to work. There are multi cables for portable charging, but iPhone and iPad Pro are not powered or charging. The bedside can control all the lighting in the room, and it is convenient with outlets and USB power connectors. The temperature setting was also fine and comfortable because the cooler was installed. The hot spring can be moved with room clothes and slippers. The location is a bath for men and women on the first floor. The bath of the natural alkaline spring is small, so check the bathing situation on TV and check the empty time. The bathtub is 1. It is small with 4 washrooms, but the skin becomes rusty with alkaline springs and the body warms. Breakfast is free lunch type. Be careful because there is no place to eat around the hotel. It is currently under construction of Jolie pasta but it seems to still take time. Check out is also good to be able to return as **, especially if necessary by the front desk. I will use it again.

GGuest UserBusiness hotel about 5 minutes walk from the station. Is it renewed? There was a clean feeling and it was a good impression. The room is not large, but there is an outlet in the bed and the charge is good. Wifi is sensitivity and speed is sufficient. The bath in the room is made like a home unit bus, and the size and usability are good (the toilet is different). I'm glad there is a washroom. Breakfast is surprising in this class business hotel (there are common instant salads and boiled foods). Breakfast is good value for money. The unfortunate thing is that the public bath has to go to the opposite annex. I will cross the street so I have to go with ordinary clothes and it is troublesome. I didn't go to the public bath after all. I think it would be better to book an annex if you want to enter the public bath. The hardness of the bed was just good and comfortable.
