Great biker friendly hotel. Extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us out when our motorcycle broke down. They loaned us a charger for the weekend while we waited for the dealer to open. Excellent restaurant across the road and Great bar around the corner. Good location for Santander. With the train station just a 10 minute walk away at 3.5 Euros return. Easy free parking and very convenient for the ferry terminal. Very good value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Hotel razoável / médio. Bom atendimento na recepção. Ficamos no 3º piso e apesar de o quarto ser nas águas-furtadas, o seu espaço interior era mais do que suficiente para um casal. O que me desencantou foi o serviço de pequeno almoço que não era buffet, mas sim com funcionários a servirem os hóspedes e com pouca variedade na oferta.

La habitación a las tres y media de la tarde no estaba preparada para entrar, cuando previamente habíamos avisado que nuestra llegada sería a las tres, el recepcionista nos propuso invitarnos a desayunar al día siguiente en compensación, y el domingo el ofrecimiento del desayuno se transformó en un café y la desaparición del recepcionista sin ofrecer nada más ni dar ninguna explicación. Servicio acorde del precio. cutre, ramplón, poco esmerado, ruidoso, poco ventilado, instalaciones sin renovar

Mediocre no es la palabra ...Más bien PÉSIMOS ..hay dos individuos en la recepción que en vez de facilitarte la estancia, su objetivo ha sido todo lo contrario, por no hablar de la falta de educación (abrir habitaciones a su antojo sin dejarnos descansar, no nos han dejado aparcar en el parking, tampoco subir equipamiento deportivo mintiéndonos en la cara diciéndonos que la info aparecía en Booking y en la web, y tras chequearlo no aparecía en ninguno de los dos sitios, además el tema del desayuno incluído es de risa y encima de malas formas) Una pena, la verdad...No lo recomiendo para NADA , a menos que quieras hospedarte en el hotel del terror. Decepción máxima tras leer los comentarios positivos previos a la llegada...No volvería ni aunque me pagasen...LO PEOR
