Hello, what can I say, the staff are very flexible, the hotel is close to the train station, the beach, restaurants next to it. About the clean hotel with a good breakfast and sweet staff who did everything possible for us to have a good stay with them.

Starting from the beginning, I find this hotel on a site and contact the structure to get a different price from the site. The price hasn't changed, on the contrary, they asked me about €40 for the dog (according to them because they use special cleaning machines). I ask for a cot for my 7-month-old baby and I am asked for €10 a day. To say the least absurd given the amount they shot me for two nights it's just breakfast. Entering the room you immediately notice the carpet dirty and full of stains, not to mention the boogers on the wall!! The bathroom does not have a shower cubicle so when you wash it is a disaster. Very dated accessories. Cleaning less than poor. Not to mention the breakfast, I asked to heat the water for my daughter's milk and I was told "Madam, I'm busy, there's a microwave if you heat it yourself". Corridor windows more than dirty. I will never go there again. They should participate in "nightmare hotels".

Luckily we only spent one night in this hotel, my husband and son and I, as it was a stopover on a trip. Distant parking for 10 euros, structure entirely left from the 80s (excellent for those who want to take a dive into the past: TV with cathode ray tube without decoder, old and worn bathroom fixtures, floor shower, dirty carpet, obsolete elevator), tiny triple room , breakfast just enough. Only for quick stops in Igea. Chosen because it was one of the "cheapest", and in my opinion this cannot justify certain things that need to be changed over the years to keep a structure in step with the times, and because it had free rooms.

Too bad about the lack of parking service (not found in the area..) Room to be renovated (carpet, shower) ok a/c and mattress. Very old TV, no mini bar. Breakfast service needs improvement: no fresh pastries, no fresh bread, no real jams but only in "80s waffles". Good service but coffee or cappuccino must be made and not taken from machines. Cost per night expensive compared to the quality of services. With a little it could improve a lot!

Terrible hotel! Parking 10 euros per day (other hotels ask for 5-8 euros on average) room with dirty carpet, non-existent shower with drain in the middle of the bathroom, tiny bathroom on top of that!.. tiny third bed, I'd say it's a gnome for height!! ...only the breakfast is saved, decent!... definitely in need of renovation!
